Stunning Four-Bedroom, Four-Bath Gulf-Front Condo on the 19th Floor

Construction Notice:

• From September 9, 2025, to March 15, 2026, the building will undergo a fall/winter project.

• Construction noise Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.

• Dust may be present in work areas; custodian team and Phoenix Coatings will maintain cleanliness.

• Walkways will remain accessible, though construction teams will be present.

• Walking and driving paths may be modified for safety.

• Swing stages will be used on all four sides of the building as needed.

• Some landscaping on the south side of the drive-up may be relocated or pruned.

• Far east side of the parking lot will be blocked for staging and material laydown.

• Dates are subject to change.

Living Areas & Bedrooms:

• Balcony access from three of the four bedrooms—perfect for sunrise views and Gulf breezes.

• Ceramic tile flooring throughout the unit for a clean, coastal feel.

• Fully equipped kitchen with granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, Keurig coffee maker, latte/cappuccino machine, deep fryer, dining table for six, and four additional bar stools at the counter.

• In-unit washer and dryer for convenience.

• Living area includes a queen-size sofa sleeper for extra guests.

• Primary bedroom features a king-size bed and spa-like bathroom with a jetted tub.

• Second and third bedrooms each include a king-size bed.

• Fourth bedroom has two queen-size beds, ideal for families.

• Unit sleeps up to 14 guests comfortably. Two full-size air mattresses are available (guests must bring sheets).

Clubhouse Amenities (Optional):

• $48/day/unit (up to $252 for seven days), paid directly to The Beach Club.
• Access includes beachfront community pool with bar/grill and seasonal kids’ entertainment, complimentary morning coffee, fitness center, indoor pool, onsite arcade, sauna, snack bar, spa (additional fees apply), steam room, tennis courts, and towel service.
• Guests may enjoy four outdoor tower pools, tennis courts, and food trucks without purchasing clubhouse access.

Additional Features & Rules:

• Keyless entry for hassle-free check-in and check-out.
• Parking passes: $42 each, plus tax. Two passes automatically included; visitor passes $7/day. Registration info required for each vehicle.

$400 FREE Activities Daily-Guests will receive one complimentary admission to our select activities per day. You can go to every one of these activities every day, and one person will be free per day. Additional guests will pay full price. Admissions are non-cumulative and non-transferable. Unused admissions expire daily.

So yes, you may choose to go fishing in the morning (one person is free), then golf at lunch (one person is free), and then go to the zoo that afternoon (one person is free). Or you may choose to go to the zoo in the morning with the kids (one person is free), and your husband can play golf (one person is free) and then meet that afternoon to go on the dolphin cruise (one person is free.) You may do some or all of these select activities every day, and one of your parties is free every day.

These activities are yours to use if you choose to do so at no additional cost or obligation.
