Deze eenheid is bijgewerkt in 2014 met alle nieuwe ramen, A / C, koelkast, plafondventilatoren en flat panel tv's! Het is al vers herschilderd, en is ingericht in een heldere, Beachy stijl.

Alles is super schoon en klaar voor uw familie vakantie!


Het strand is een rustige, schilderachtige lage dichtheid condominium complex. Unit # 501 biedt een uitstekende waarde met indirecte Golf uitzicht vanuit elk venster. Het is in het gebouw dichtst bij het strand, wat betekent dat het slechts een paar stappen naar de Golf. Open uw ramen 's nachts en slapen met het geluid van de golven.

Er is geen zwembad op het strand, maar het strand is uw achtertuin! De grote prieel met uitzicht op de Golf biedt de perfecte schaduwrijke plek voor surfen te kijken en te genieten van de zeebries.

The apartment was right on the beach. There were beautiful views from the bedroom windows and front walkway. Price was very reasonable!!! Communication was great with the owner. We were very happy with our choice.

The condo is perfectly located! The beach was active but not crazy busy because we were located away from the high density buildings. Short drive to do anything we wanted to do. The couch in the living room seems to be showing its age. You sink into it as if the springs are giving up. There were a few cleaning issues, the kind you don’t have to do all the time, like dust the bathroom walls above the light and wash the windows. But overall the condo was well appointed and very comfortable.The beds were some of the most comfortable I’ve slept on at a rental. I don’t usually sleep well away from home but here I slept like a baby. Felt very rested at the end of our stay. We would definitely stay here again.

Amazing Family Vaca Condo

We had an incredible time! Condo has a great location, wonderful views and just a short walk down to the beach!! It was the best price around for a condo right in the beach so I wasn't expecting it to be as perfect as it actually was! Very clean, lots of beach toys and boogie boards! We will definitely book again!

Cozy condo steps from the beach!

Our family (myself-38, my two sons-17 & 8, and my parents-retired) visited for 6 nights during spring break (March 23-30, 2025) from Wisconsin. Communication with Melanie was incredible! We ran into an issue with the washer during the first day, and had a new one installed the very next morning. The location is close to everything. The condo was clean, stocked with towels, linens & kitchen supplies. There is a small convenience store within (3 minute) walking distance that has standard essentials (food, drinks, souvenirs/beach goods) called Waves. A pleasant surprise was the closet full of beach items (umbrella, chairs, beach toys) & games if you run into a rainy day!The only thing I would change is the pull out couch. It’s a little worse for wear & was not comfortable to sleep on. We had to purchase a foam pad to give it some stability. We enjoyed our time there & will definitely love to visit again! Melanie is a FIVE STAR host & was lovely to rent from!

Host was friendly and helpful and the location was incredible. Condo could definitely use a deep clean and the furniture has seen better days- we ended up buying our own pillows because the ones provided were pretty old and flat. If cleanliness is a huge deal to you, I would probably pick a different listing. Overall though we enjoyed our stay!

Beautiful Safe Family Get A Way

This condo is as it is advertised. You are on a private property entrance to the beach. Indirect views of beach but you are footsteps from the beach!! We had two adults and 4 children and this was perfect!!! Will stay again! Had kitchen tools and pans/pots too cook with two coffee pots. Washer and dryer worked great. Clean bathroom. Communication with owner was excellent!!

Had 4 towels for 6 guests, floors had not been swept or mopped, very sandy, rugs had not been shaken out, full of sand. Pull out sofa had a 2" spring with no mattress. Had to buy an air mattress to sleep on. Was not beachfront, second apartment down with a view of parking garage plus 2 flights of stairs. Furniture was worn out and stained. Dishwasher leaks. Would NEVER stay here again or recommend it to anyone else...

Wonderful spot right off the beach

This was our 3rd year in a row to visit this area of Gulf Shores. This condo was clean, comfortable and just steps away from the beach. It's just across the street from a restaurant, ice cream shop, seafood market and convenience store. The host responded quickly to any questions we had. We enjoyed our stay here and we'd come back.

So close to the sand.

We love the convenience of this place. You park under the unit and pop up a flight of stairs to the room. Likewise, the short distance and ease of getting from the room to the sand is unparraled by anything I can find in the same price range. We love that the beach isn't as crowded as it is in a high-rise, plus no elevator to wait for. The only thing that knocks it down a peg is it's not as clean as I would hope for. Hopefully it will get a deep clean soon, because we would love to stay here again when we get a chance.
