Parking for two vehicles is available on-site. Parking stall is marked under the building. Room is limited so parking spaces are tight. Oversized vehicles or trailers not allowed. Please reach out to us if you need assistance finding overflow or oversized offsite parking.

* No Elevator - Access to condo is via stairs to the first floor of the building
* No private balcony - patio door with railing provides views from the condo - outside open walkways are shared
* Must be 25 or older to rent this property.
* No pets allowed.
* No smoking allowed.
* All guests will have to sign a reservation agreement upon making a reservation with us to complete the booking and receive check-in instructions.
* This property is equipped with a noise monitoring device that measures decibel levels.
