Entry code for the door did not work. Took several tries with the agent on the phone before I could enter the unit well after 4pm. The agent didn’t seem too knowledgeable. Checked out the unit upon entry and reported that the second bathroom’s toilet seat was broken and was barely attached to the tank. The agent didn’t seem concerned. Reported it again the next day and was informed that this was the last time they’d be handling this unit as a rental and that there was nothing they could do. Thanks for nothing.
The bedding for the main bedroom was very old and threadbare, surprised this is still in use.
I was informed that the east side pool was in maintenance but was not informed that the entire building was undergoing a major repainting. Everything needed to be removed from the balcony to facilitate this. So we could not use our balcony for our two week stay. 4 different times they entered the unit to remove the patio furniture from the balcony saying they could work around whatever they left, which was untrue. They never knocked upon entering just used their code to come in, one time startling my son who was napping on the couch! Totally unacceptable!! A total circus.
