  • Enjoy BEACHFRONT HEAVEN @ Gulf House 601! This 3/2 condo is beachfront in Gulf Shores and is just steps to the beach! With only 36 units, and 6 units per floor, you will enjoy this low density, family friendly complex.

    THE SPACE: Enjoy this updated condo nestled right on the beach. The living room is spacious and comfortable with a slider to the balcony. The kitchen is fully stocked with both a Keurig and regular coffee makers. For dining, there is room for 6 at the table and 4 at the kitchen bar. The master bedroom has an ensuite full bath with a tub/shower combination. The second bedroom hosts the stacked washer and dryer. The third bedroom has bunk beds for the little ones. The second bath in the hall features a tub/shower combo. There are smart TVs in the living room and all bedrooms. Please note that the TVs in the unit are Smart TVs. Cable is not included, and guests will need to login to their own streaming/cable services through the TV's many apps. Wi-Fi and cable are complimentary! Keyless entry makes for easy access for the family.

    THE PROPERTY: Gulf House has a beautiful pool with plenty of lounge chairs and tables. Charcoal grills and picnic tables are available. Off the elevator, you are located just steps from the pool or beach! Beach service is available in season. YOU ARE BEACHFRONT, so spend your day enjoying the sun and sand! A convenient outdoor shower and hose are provided. Parking is onsite and half of it is covered, so you may park in any open spot. Located near the elevator, carts are available for unloading your gear. This unit has a washer and dryer. However, a clean, credit card operated laundry center with washers and dryers is located on each floor.

    *Parking passes are purchased at booking. *Max 2 vehicles. *Must be 25 years of age to book, proof of age is required. *No-smoking in the unit or on the balcony. *No pets. *No parties. *No boats or trailers allowed. *A starter set of paper products is provided. *Beach towels are not provided.

    THE AREA: You will be in the heart of Gulf Shores, conveniently located near restaurants, entertainment, and shopping. Visit The Wharf in Orange Beach, Tanger Mall Outlet stores in Foley, or OWA Amusement Park. Local activities and attractions include mini golf, go-kart track, the Alabama Gulf Coast Zoo and Waterville USA waterpark, Pensacola Naval Air Museum and the Blue Angels. Visit the Gulf Shores State Park for bike riding and nature trails, swim in the gulf, go charter fishing, golfing, jet skiing, or take in a dolphin cruise. Whatever your choice of entertainment, Gulf House is sure to be a winner with the family!

Great Location!

We made a quick weekend trip to the beach and we loved this location. We liked it was a smaller condo. It was really quiet and you didn't have to worry about waiting for elevators or all the hustle and bustle like the big condos. The view is awesome and a lot of things are within walking distance so you don't necessarily have to drive if you don't want to. If we needed anything or had a question everyone responded really quickly and they even proactively sent emails asking how things were going. Would definitely recommend!!

Spring Break Family Vacation

Multi-generations family traveled from Wisconsin to enjoy the Gulf Shores area for Spring Break. Loved the location-right on the beach and alot of time spent enjoying the view from our balcony. Condo had everything we needed. Booking, check-in/out were all easy! One small problem we encounter was the laundry area set up in a bedroom closet - the dryer vented into the room, so after one load of laundry we moved on to using the shared laundry facilities on that floor, which worked great. Quiet and peaceful. Would consider staying here again!
