Deze twee slaapkamers, een bad unit slaapt zes met slaapbank in de woonkamer. Condo heeft veel decorupdates! Nieuwe 40 "HD SMART TV met DVD in de woonkamer. NETFLIX beschikbaar met uw eigen account! Zeer dicht bij het strand .. slechts 2 deuren van het strand!

Frisse verf, nieuwe tegels en decor overal! Flatscreentelevisies aan de muur in elke slaapkamer, met slaapkamer aan de voorzijde met 40 "flatscreen en Playstation 3 (nieuwe okt'19)!

De slaapkamers zijn voorzien van nieuwe verbeterde matrassen voor ultiem comfort en ontspanning. USB-laadklokken in slaapkamers en USB-oplaadpunten in de keuken ook!

De keuken is goed uitgerust met hoogwaardige apparatuur en gevuld met alle benodigdheden. Je hebt een Keurig single-cup en Mr. Koffie 12-kops koffiezetapparaat beschikbaar.

Gemakswinkel / strandmarkt met restaurant en pakketwinkel aan de overkant van de straat.

Excellent family stay

This was an excellent stay. It was clean and was just as described. There was construction on the third floor but they kept the noise between business hours. There were 3 adults and two teenagers so it was perfect.

We enjoyed our stay at Sunrise Village#103. I did appreciate the appliances they have a avilable for you. Regular coffee make (not a Keurig like in the post we saw). It has pots, pans a pitcher for making tea or lemonade. Two huge closets in both bedrooms. They provided us plenty of towels. It really was steps away from the sand. There is construction going on, but it wasnt too bothersome for us. The location is perfect for those who dont feel or want to drive anywhere. The Restaurant, Seafood Market, ice cream shop and the convenience store is literally across the street!! That was a bonus.

The condo was the perfect hub for our trip. We had 2 condos with a total of 7 people. We are breakfast and lunch in the condo and had plenty of space. We will definitely be back.

Good for the money

Good for the money! The bathroom did have mold on the ceiling above the shower. I did have to contact the owner because the kitchen window was open and I could not get the latch to lock. They sent someone the next day to come fix it. Beds were comfortable. This property was right on the beach, which was fabulous and did not break the bank.

There is a lot. First there is no deadbolt,its been removed.so keypad lock only,the rug isnt blue its brown blue from filth,the couch and pillows are musty,old ,dirty, outdated,the kitchen chairs are tinged brown all over from build up of filth, the fridge was on hottest setting and took 2 days to cool down,the washer is incredibly loud, filth built up around door frame,the bathroom, the shower curtain liner is disgusting,full of god knows what,2 used loofah left hanging from previous visitors, the shower faucet hardly works and is dangling by a thread, the exhaust fan is hanging half way out of the ceiling about to fall , the mirror was even dirty , half drank water bottles and trash left and drawers and under beds and bedside table cubby, the TV with game system in one room doesnt work, there was one battery in each controller so we had to get batteries just to use main TV. It advertised pull out couch and bedding but you only got a fitted sheet and flat sheet to use as a blanket. The cups previous people "cleaned" were dirty and set in cabinet the blinds and tvs all have a film of dust . The only good thing about this place was location. If you plan to sleep in on vacation, we sure didn't here because workers started drilling and banging at 8am and they park right at entrance making it hard to get in . Not to mention they leave every bottle they drink from as garbage in the parking areas they were working. Location was the only good thing about this place. The photos look

2 day trip to the beach

The place was sufficient in space for our family of 4. It was clean enough. The unit is clearly showing signs of ware. The shower faucet head and unit was loose behind the shower wall. Other than these few things the unit is worth the price and location. I would return to this vacation spot. Parking turned out okay for full size 3/4 ton truck with 4-6inches to spare in height.

Beach Life

We enjoyed the location of this property. It was a short walk to the beach. The beach was very clean and we had a lot of fun playing in the beautiful waters. The room itself was smaller than expected but was equipped with everything we needed. It would have been nice to have a broom and dust pan to sweep up the sand. Only a vacuum was provided. The stove and dishwasher were dated but worked okay. The beds were not very comfortable however so we didn't sleep very well. Overall, it was a good stay. Next time we will would look for a bigger unit if more than 2 people are in our party.

We enjoyed our stay, overall, great property! The rooms were very clean and the furniture was comfy! We loved being able to walk down only 1 flight of stairs and not fight the elevators of a typical condo to get to the beach. Our only complaint and hopefully is improved for future guests: was that the maintenance guy was using an air blower to clean sand out of the parking spots, however, it blasted our Lexus with tons of sand on the paint. I wasn’t a fan of that, at all. He also wasn’t very patient for us to get into our cars as we left to go eat dinner. Overall, it was perfect for our little family of 3!! 😊

The location of the property was great. It was beautiful. Online this place looks very well kept the pictures make it look very clean that is not the case. The bed skirt was very dirty, and it was white, so it looked brown. The pillowcases had hair on them, and the actual pillows were very dirty. The shower was dirty, and the shower curtain was dirty. The floors were clean, but you could definitely tell the just spot clean.

The beach was beautiful! My complaint is that two of the four nights we spent there we were awakened by a next door neighbor (15 feet away) operating a table saw out on the deck until after 11pm at night. We complained and did everything but call the police! Very disappointed

Excellent location.

Everything was ‘as advertised’. Being right on the water is the most important requirement. I like the digital lock checkin procedure. I wish that the pool was a bit bigger. We will consider this when booking for next summer. Thank you.

Great Stay!

Great location within vicinity to all activities and restaurants. The Condo was super close to the beach. We are a family of five and the only complaint I have is the unit had 1 bathroom. Complete oversight on my part when booking. But! If you are a smaller family, the condo would be perfect for you!
