Loved the location
My husband and I (+1 dog) loved the location. Just a couple blocks from beach. Very easy walk. Close to restaurants and shops. This duplex could use updating. But plenty of beds for 8 people. No bugs and very quiet neighborhood. On a dead-end street. Bonnie G

Central location - Great price!!
This property had plenty of room for our family of 8! My sister and her family were able to also stay at the adjoining property and it was perfect while we were in town for a family wedding! We looked at possibly coming back and staying when the weather was warmer!

Great place!
This was our 2nd trip to Gulf Shores and we could not have found a better place to stay. This 3 bed 2 bath was perfect for us and our 2 adult children. The location is great and is close to restaurants and the beach.

Quick trip to see friends
The place was great! Everything was great as soon as we walked in the house. Even had ice ready in the freezer. Easy to the beach. Shops and food were close by. Quiet area. Just perfect. Hopefully we can get back down here. If we do we will definitely stay here again. Everything clean and ready for us.

Great value!
The property is as described. It offers plenty of sleeping arrangements to accommodate a wide variety of visitor dynamics. We really enjoyed having the stream in the back & the covered space under the house. The screened in porch with the ceiling fan was wonderful. It's in a great location as well. There are a couple of things that could be improved. For example, the tv's in the bedrooms don't work with the streaming services the way the living room tv does (or at least we couldn't get them to work), and the kitchen could use some updates. BUT the freezer had several ice trays that were filled & frozen, ready for drinks & coolers. I fully appreciated that small consideration! Definitely the best option for the price we paid!

Clean but a bit dated
Although the property was a bit dated, I would absolutely stay there again. It was clean and we enjoyed the 10 or so minute walk to the beach. There was plenty to see and do in the area. The neighborhood rooster wake up calls were an added 'bonus'!!!

Graduation trip.
Loved our visit to Gulf Shores. Not knowing the area well, the house was in a good location to shopping amd restaurants, just a bit further of a walk to the beach than we initially thought. Great communication with the owner! Enough room for all 7 of us. It is a duplex, so depending on the neighbors, you may have calm and quiet like our first set or a bit louder, like our 2nd set. Overall a great stay for our 1st trip to Alabama!!

~10 min walk to beach, great stay!
It’s about a 10 min walk to the beach, it appears closer on the map but due to canals you have to walk around. House was exactly like the photos. Very bare bones, no seasonings or other cooking essentials. They do have all of the cookware you might need to make a meal. Overall we really enjoyed our stay!

It was great enough room for everyone the only thing I would do is update some like painting the rooms and have the house cleaners clean a little better when we arrived the floors was dirty and the furniture other than that we really enjoyed ourselves and will be going back. 😊😊

The location of this house is great! Walking distance to everything. The house was nice, but the lawn was not mowed and it was getting pretty long while we were there. Lay out is great. Never did hear the neighbors that we had. That was nice. The pictures do make the place look nice and new. When you get there it just has makeup on it. Which is fine with us. But some people it wouldn't be. I wouldn't hesitate to tell anyone to stay here or stay again myself. I do have a hard time with simply items not being left for us. One roll of toilet paper, one roll paper towel, a trash bag for a week stay. Laundry I get not everyone likes the same. So we bought that. But the other stuff is a little silly.

Nice place for a good price
This property is great for a single family. My husband and I stayed with our two teenage kids and it was just the right amount of space. We were walking distance a lot of stores and restaurants so that was really nice. The property and the neighborhood were okay, but we were expecting something a little nicer from the pictures. However, it was clean and it had everything we needed. And it was a great price for a single family looking for something a little roomier than a hotel, so it worked out well for us.

Mixed Reaction
The GOOD: the location, the excellent responses from the property manager/owner. The not-great: the property is visibly aged inside...however, all appliances work. The biggest negative was the lack of privacy from the shared deck into the living room and bedroom. The sliding doors have shear curtains that are basically see thru.

Gulf Shores Trip
This was a great location for our stay. We really liked the duplex. Nicely furnished and equipped and a quiet street. Convenient to be able to prepare a few of our meals here. Check in/access was very easy. Loved the deck overlooking the canal. One thing that was somewhat inconvenient was king sheets on the queen bed. They didn't stay tucked and there was excess fitted sheet that bunched up.

Amazing property and property management!
This property was a great stay and so happy we got to book it for the event we were attending! One of the cutest and cleanest places I’ve stayed in a while! Loved the patio off the first room. Would definitely stay here again. Also had great communication with the property manager for whatever we needed! :)

Holiday getaway
The property was beautiful.Location was excellent with canal in backyard.The stove didn’t work when we arrived but the owner did send someone to fix the problem rather quickly.(Outside breaker was flipped) Very spacious and enough bathrooms(2) & very large bedrooms(3).Inside of rental was clean but outside had some trash around which i cleaned up.Garbage cans outside were full also when i arrived.3 cans for duplex as i found 4th can across street.That one was empty.Garbage is placed at curb on Sunday so i arrived Wednesday and left Saturday so garbage was from Monday,Tuesday,Wednesday morning occupants. Overall i would stay there again.

Wedding stay
We were there for a wedding, the location was great! It was easy to find and very quiet/peaceful area. The rooms were clean and spacious. The kitchen, laundry room, bathrooms and living room were ample size and comfortable. I would 100% rent again, we had covered parking underneath or use as an outdoor space. It looks exactly as shown in pictures. The porches were so nice to sit out and enjoy also. Definitely worth the price, it was less expensive that any hotel and way more spacious for our family of six.

Weekend Getaway
If you're looking for a place that will accommodate your pets, this place is for you. We were in a pinch at the last minute and had to bring our furbabies with us and this duplex popped up. Please note you get what you pay for. The pictures don't tell the entire story.

A very good location
The bed in the main room with bath was broke and bed caved to center, looked under bed the screws were in the drawer to fix it, so we had to fix that so one of the kids could sleep on it. The bifold door in the other room was just sitting in the closet. Turned on the washer and I was at the canal when I noticed water coming down from ceiling under carport sprung into action as a homeowner...rushed upstairs to find the AC pan was spilling over in the closet, blew out the P trap and fixed that. I didn't have glue or would have fixed the small trim in the kitchen that's sticking out. I left the place better than I received it, it does need some TLC. There's a huge wasp nest under the carport as soon as you enter. Prime location and easy check in

Great property and owner
This is a very nice property and a quiet neighborhood. The owner was very responsive with all of my questions and very quick and easy when I had to make a few last minute changes. The property was really easy to get to and in short distance to local food and shops. The check in and check out procedures was easy and quick. The only thing that was an issue was there is not a tv in two of the bedrooms and the kids was a disappointed in that, but they watched Netflix on their phone. We really enjoyed our stay and would highly reccomend this property and the owner. One of the best things was the unit beside us was another softball team that was playing in the same tournament!!!!

Great place to stay with family including the fur baby! Place was very clean. Location was great! Well within walking distance for the beach, shopping and multiple eating spots. AC had a little trouble keeping up during the day but was super hot weather. Remained good and cool at night😆

Great place. Central location.
Loved that it was just off the beaten path but close enough to walk to beach and many local eateries and shops. Loved the accommodations. Plenty of space for all of us. Kitchen was prepped with pots, pans, silverware and even a wine bottle opener which I forgot to pack! Refrigerator was full size. Canal was the perfect spot to drop our boat and travel up and down the canal to the lagoon for fishing. Close to the hangout where we could walk and not have to worry about parking. Plenty of bedding. Extra pillows blankets and sheets in case you needed them. Washer and dryer came in handy so we did not have to pack as many clothes. 2 full baths and plenty of towels. The table and chairs under the house were perfect to hang out and watch the wildlife around the canal. Ducks, herons, fish, and many other birds surrounded us. Just a short drive to get groceries(quarter mile at most) couches were a perfect amount of space. Full size couch, love seat and single chair. The bar and stools were perfect for us to all eat as a family. Screened porch is nice to sit and watch the boats and such on the canal.
