De Leeway at The Gulf Tower - Prachtige Gulf Front Condo

Kijk naar onze ruime en goed ingerichte 1.000 m² flat op de 8e verdieping met een adembenemend uitzicht op de Golf van Mexico! De Golf Tower ligt 1. 4 mijl ten westen van Highway 59.

De Gulf Tower is een laagbouw met een lage dichtheid, dus er is veel strandruimte voor iedereen en beschikt over 2 liften.

Veranda / balkon met glazen schuifdeuren biedt privacy en jarenlange plezier van de oceaan. Kijken naar de dolfijnen, grote verscheidenheid van kustvogels, zonsopgangen en ongelooflijk zonsondergangen vanuit het comfort van uw balkon - warm of koud - regen of zonneschijn. Dit is een perfecte plek om achterover te leunen, te ontspannen en genieten van het geweldige uitzicht.

Onze prachtige prive end toestel op de 8e verdieping biedt een fantastisch uitzicht op de oceaan van de glinsterende water en zon van de serre / balkon, woonkamer, keuken, hal en logeerkamer. Grote slaapkamer kijkt uit naar de prachtige blauwe water van de lagune luxe beddengoed, plafond ventilator en een eigen badkamer. De gast slaapkamer heeft een queen size bed, luxe beddengoed, tv en ventilator aan het plafond met een badkamer net in de hal.

De oceaan woonkamer is een ruime open plattegrond en beschikt over een LED TV. Perfecte plek voor familie tijd of om gewoon te ontspannen en te luisteren naar de oceaan golven. DE CONDO HEEFT ZIJN EIGEN PRIVE WI-FI voor uw computerbehoeften.

U zult ook genieten van onze zwembad aan het strand - het is verwarmd voor de koele maanden en het enorme zwembad is met rubber bekleed voor de warme zomermaanden. Pool stoelen zijn er al te wachten.

Lovely gulf front condo

We felt like home upon entry and will return next year. We especially loved the enclosed porch with the great views. Everything in Gulf Tower was clean and well-maintained. The condo was well stocked, comfortable and quiet (a feat during the spring break season). There was easy access to the pool and uncrowded beach.The biggest plus was Jill who was both very responsive and accommodating. Thank you!

Great!

We had an overall great experience. Communication with Jill the owner was great. The condo was close to everything we wanted to do. We love to fish the pier and it was around 5 minutes to get there from the condo. The condo was clean and it had everything we needed. Getting to the beach and pool was very easy, you just needed the key fob. I would highly recommend this condo to anyone. My husband and I will book again.

Vacation June 2024

It was miserable. Upon arriving at the condo there was a foul order. By Sunday I had determined the smell was coming from the area rug in the living room. I sent the owner, Jill Lee an email telling her and asked if I could call housekeeping and have the rug removed. Instead she sent a friend that lived in the complex with deodorizers and carpet cleaner. We found the spot upon lifting the rug. Someone had spilled milk and it had soured and stunk to high heavens. Monday Tuesday and Wednesday I tried different things that Jill asked me to try but never could get the stink completely out. I have asked for a refund. We will see how that goes. I feel sorry for whoever is coming in today for the week. Jill really should have had the rug removed like I asked her to in the beginning. Not a good week for us at this condo. Certainly didn’t get what I paid for.

Fantastic Beach Condo

Beautifully decorated Condo. Every imaginable kitchen necessity was available. Beach theme decor, but not cheesy. Owner was prompt in responses to questions.Very comfortable. Only downside was no umbrellas at the pool area to give some shade. Owner did have chairs and umbrellas for use in the sand at the beach, along with other beach supplies.

Perfect location, very clean.

We stayed for three weeks. My daughter in-law and grandson joined us for a week. Kitchen was fully outfitted. There wasn't one utensil or appliance that we couldn't find. Stove, oven, refrigerator all very clean. Both bathrooms very clean. Everything was clean. Loved the pool area, sat down there every day. We are very interested in renting again next year.

Gorgeous Views

This is the best condo we have ever stayed at. From the moment we walked in the front door we felt at home. The condo was exceptionally clean and had everything we needed. We had a bunch of plans to get out and about town and do some things but we were mesmerized by the views from the balcony, that we spent the majority of our time right there or on the beach. Which by the way, you are literally a few steps away from the beach access. We saw black nosed sharks, sting rays and dolphins from the balcony. The water was crystal clear and playing in the ocean was so much fun. Parking is super easy! The host Jill is super nice. We could not have picked a better place to stay and if we could give 100 stars we would. We are already planning a trip back.
