This room was as advertised. Some negatives, slow elevator, couch and chair in den area were worn and dingy, one side of the bed didn’t have a bedside table. A good and reasonable priced place for a long weekend getaway.

The only positive is the location. The unit reeked of must and mold. Tub didn’t drain or barely drained. You couldn’t take 2 showers within hours or the tub would over flow. Dried Coffee stains all over the kitchen counter that I had to clean myself. Linens are “yellow”. Overall cleanliness is gross... But the smell was the worst. I’ve stayed at many multiple beach locations and it doesn’t have to be that way.

The listing looked more updated than it was and there was a s slight odor when you first walk in . The bed and couch had sand in them . Like in the sheets . So we request for them to change them . Someone came said the bed was ready again but all they did was take the sheets off and did replace fresh sheets . So had to go back down to the desk . Final some one came to fix the bed but at this point it was almost 10:30 11:30 where we live . We just wanted to go to bed . The icemaker didn’t work. The Furniture, very uncomfortable in the living room. Once the bed was made properly, it was comfortable. The curtains in the bedroom, not close to feel like we had privacy, and it was onto the balcony of the front of the condo. We feel like it was pretty pricey for what we got.

Great location

The best part of this property is the location. We stepped off the elevator and walked right onto the sand. We were just a couple blocks from a variety of restaurants, stores, etc. so we didn't have to use the car at all. As others have noted, the bunk beds are meant for kids. I am 5'7" and could just barely fit in the bottom bunk for reference. The staff was very communicative. They notified us the afternoon we were set to check in that a cabinet door had fallen off the hinge. They fixed it the next morning. My only complaint is that the microwave was broken from the outset and was not repaired during our stay. The staff was communicative and apologetic. I would have loved an unprompted offer of some sort of discount on the room for it, but I also didn't directly ask for it. Despite that, we would absolutely rent this room again.

Location was perfect! You can walk right to the beach then walk down the street for lunch or dinner. Property was clean. Check in/out was simple. Only downside was the main bedroom bed was very uncomfortable. Overall-would stay again!

Never been to gulf shores before so I wanted to stay on the beach. It was the perfect location. Its an old building but our unit was clean and air conditioning worked. View was amazing pool was small. I would say if you are a pool person this is not a good fit for you. We walked to several places for dinner. Overall amazing stay.

Location! Location! Location!

The location was absolutely perfect! Walkable to so many great restaurants, the gulf shores park (includes a younger kids climbing playground), and all your tourist shops. Access to the beach was easy. The pool was perfect for my 6 year old, but is very narrow (about 6 ft wide by very long!). The elevator wait time was what you’d expect for a condo complex, nothing too extreme. The unit itself didn’t have a lot of kitchen supplies (2 large spoons and at most 6 of each of the other utensils). The bunk beds are truly smaller kid bunk beds- I’d guess the beds themselves are about 5 ft, 6 inches long and more narrow than an average bed. We brought a shower curtain and rod to cover the bunk beds to provide more privacy for them and that was helpful. It was average clean upon arrival (still some sand on floor which is to be expected), a little dirt/rust? By fridge on floor, and the shower bathroom has peeling on the doors. Nothing major to impact our stay. Beds weren’t the comfiest (very hard) and the sheets were like paper (they did provide blankets so we just stuck with those since they weren’t so noisy). The check in and check out was super easy and the communication when help was needed was very responsive. Would stay again!
