Overall, a good stay in a smaller condo with a family of 5 ( teenagers ). If you’re planning to prep meals, you’ll want to bring what you need. We opted for cooking in and had to Magyver a few things. There were only 2 pans/skillets an 8 in and maybe a 10 in. Two small cookie sheets, no pizza pan. No kitchen shears. One trash bag for the week. The coffee maker is a Keurig, so after buying groceries, needed to head out again for pods. No laundry in condo, cost was $2.25 for washer and $2.25 for dryer. One set of towels for the week. One roll of toilet paper per bathroom. There was no ocean/beach view unless you crammed your neck out of the master bedroom window. Lighting in master bedroom was poor. One lamp and one tiny nightstand. Tight quarters. Many things openly unattended. Master bath did not drain while showering, shower head aesthetic piece was separated from wall. Wires poking out of ceiling fan in dining area. Bedroom with twin beds had wiring plates separated from wall. Beach chairs broken, beach umbrella broken.no directions on where trash or laundry were on site, nor restaurant or hours of operation- would have been nice. Beach was nice, you are definitely in a secluded area of town. Nice and peaceful. There was a dollar general down the road which had necessities such as tp, paper towels, sunscreen beach gear. Overall I would pass on this property due to size and amenities
