This unique pet friendly one-story two bedroom, 2 bath cottage (villa) offers approximately 1,500 square feet of living space and a shaded porch.

Fine leather furniture including a sofa, love seat and oversized lounge chair with footstool adorn the spacious living room, dining room and well-provisioned kitchen that has granite countertops, breakfast bar, stainless steel appliances including a large refrigerator with ice maker, microwave, and dishwasher.
Separate dining area for 6 and also a breakfast table in the kitchen. The laundry area a full-sized washer and dryer. The villa has a unique enclosed 3rd bonus room that comes with a sofa bed, a climate-controlled sitting area with flat screen television that can accommodate 2 additional overnight guests. We also have a pack-and-play for our younger guests.

In addition to the main living area, there are 2 bedrooms and a bonus room. The master bedroom has a large bathtub and a separate shower with a 2 person vanity. Opposite the main living room is a second bedroom with an attached full bathroom and walk-in closet. The villa has 10 ft. ceilings throughout with ceiling fans in all living areas including 2 fans on the front porch.

The Master has a king-sized bed, a walk-in closet and a wall-mounted flat-screen TV with cable.

2nd Bedroom has a Queen bed, a wall-mounted flat-screen TV with cable and a walk-in closet.

The Bonus Room includes a sleeper sofa, flat-screen TV and sitting area.
The living room has a full-sized leather sofa, a love seat and an oversized lounge chair with a footstool. A built-in flat-screen TV with cable that swivels, a DVD Player and High-Speed Wireless Internet
