Deze 3BR / 3BA vakantiewoning ligt in de Bristol Tower van de Beach Club met een prachtig uitzicht op de golf en een balkon met uitzicht op de prachtige Golf van Mexico en de serene stranden van Alabama.

Condo is ingericht voor een gezin met kinderen! Slaapkamer heeft een kingsize bed, 2e slaapkamer heeft een stapelbed met een onderschuifbed, 3e slaapkamer heeft een queensize bed en de bank kan worden uitgeklapt voor een tweepersoonsbed. Geweldige eenheid voor kinderen!

Condo werd geüpgraded in 2019. NIEUWE items voor het huurseizoen van 2020 zijn onder meer:
> Nieuwe slaapbank
> Nieuwe 50 "tv / standaard hoofdslaapkamer
> Nieuwe stapelbedden met onderschuifbed * (gewichtsbeperkingen zie hieronder)
> Nieuw decor
> Nieuwe tapijten en beddengoed
> Eigenaars houden het appartement goed onderhouden met decor, beddengoed, keukenbenodigdheden en technologie.

De Beach Club-accommodatie staat bekend om zijn mooie en schone stranden, zwembaden, tennis- en basketbalvelden, promenades met schommels met uitzicht op de golf en on-site dineren die gezinsvriendelijk is. Veel beschikbare activiteiten ter plaatse zorgen voor een plezierige ervaring voor u en uw gezin!Maak een korte (12 minuten) rit naar Fort Morgan Rd. en geniet van winkelen in de Tanger Outlet Stores, Alabama Gulf Coast Zoo, Waterville USA Amusement Park, minigolf en meer. Na een volledige dag zult u graag terugkeren naar de rust en sereniteit van The Beach Club Resort.

Op zoek naar golf? Het gebied is overvloedig met geweldige golfbanen - Kiva Dunes, schiereiland en andere golfbanen binnen enkele minuten.

Als particuliere eigenaren zijn we trots op het uiterlijk, de netheid en de staat van ons condominium en vooral op persoonlijke service.

Wonderful Condo with great views

Our family visits the gulf coast annually, and this unit is amongst the nicest we’ve stayed in. The unit was clean and bright. The kitchen was the best equipped kitchen I’ve ever seen in a rental; it is unlikely that this kitchen is missing anything that would be needed on a vacation. The rooms were also well equipped and the beds were very comfortable. We will visit this unit again.

Wonderful Condo

We love the Beach Club… this is our 4th stay at this property but the first with 1007. By far this was the best condo we have had at the property. Everything was clean and ready to go. The manager is very nice and responsive to questions. The number one thing that put this condo over the top were all the little extras and the fact that it was the best pricing as well. The condo had that “home away from home” feel. From q-tips and cotton rounds on the master bathroom sink to books and games in the living room to beach towels and equipment available for use. This owners thoughtful touches made our stay extremely comfortable. Plus the added bonus of three full bathrooms made getting ready for the day extremely easy for 6 adults. We had a great vacation and didn’t break the bank to do it! Thank you!!

We loved staying at the Beach Club and loved this particular condo! Fran was a super great host. She gave us tons of helpful information ahead of time and was always available for questions during the trip. The condo was very clean and was supplied with all we needed. The best was not having to bring our own beach towels! We would for sure stay here again!

Stayed at the property with my family over the 4th of July week. Everything was great! The whole property was outstanding. The owner communication was outstanding. I highly recommend renting this unit. I will book this property again in the future.

Spring break with two families

We had two couples staying in this unit with 3 kids (total). The space was perfect! At night, the teenagers got a little loud, but seemed to settle down around 10:30. Waking up on the beach and having access to the beach was exactly what I had hope for, and I really want to come back again! Fran was wonderful and was in full communication with us during the whole trip. Also, consider using the beach club if the weather is on the colder side.

Beautiful and well-stocked

Fran is a wonderful host with prompt communication. We had a small issue with a slow draining shower, and she had maintenance come out within hours of being alerted. Everything you could need from the kitchen to the beach is already in the condo and easily accessible. My only "complaints" if you could even call them that would be directed towards The Beach Club. Again, these are very minor, nitpicking things that would not prevent me from returning. While the condo was very clean overall, we did discover a partially used waterball and a pair of socks under the bunk beds/dresser. Not a big deal, but just shows maybe the cleaning crew doesn’t sweep under furniture. Also, I believe Fran mentions it in her listing or in the paperwork that she sends, but the beach club provides very few bath towels/wash cloths if you're planning to stay any length of time. We had 4 adults and 3 children with us, and had just enough for each person to have 1 set. Fran provides extra makeup wash cloths and beach towels if needed. We could've packed extra bath towels, but opted to do laundry there instead. Overall, we had a wonderful experience and will be repeat customers.

Family friendly beach club

My family and I had a great time at this beach club. The condo was beautiful and had everything we needed. The property was immaculate and Fran, our host was available for any questions or concerns we had. It’s a little off the beaten path but close enough to everything with a short drive. The beach was also beautiful and not crowded even though it was a holiday weekend. I would recommend this condo and I would definitely return.

Home away from home!

Loved our stay at Fran's place! She was extremely responsive and helpful, even providing an email before we arrived that listed some of their favorite places to eat and things to do, along with all the helpful check-in information. The view was GORGEOUS and it was the perfect fit for our family. She provides beach towels, as well as, a closet packed with beach chairs, toys, and umbrellas for the beach. Very well stocked kitchen too. We'll be back!

Excellent Stay at Beach Club

We had a family of five staying here for Spring Break. Space worked really well for our family with three bedroom and three bath. Kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed for cookware etc. Would definitely return.

Amazing view!

We had a great week here! The property was so cute and had an amazing balcony. There are plenty of places to sit on the balcony and enjoy the view. I even slept out there one night on a lounge chair and enjoyed the sound of the waves. We had 7 people in our group and we had plenty of room. Access to the beach was very close. There were also plenty of dishes and cookware, we made most of our meals there. The resort is 12 miles from the main drag with fast food, stores, etc. We really liked being away from all of the chaos. We did travel down there for a grocery run and to buy some beach goods, but that was it. We did buy umbrellas and chairs because it was cheaper than renting on the beach. A two chair one umbrella set up was $46/ day. I can't say enough about how great this vacation was. Thank you so much and we will be back!!

Fabulous view - stay away from the crowds

We had 2 families (4 adults / 3 teenagers) stay in the unit. We all had plenty of space. The unit was very clean and updated. We spent most of our time in the unit out on the balcony enjoying the view. While we spend a lot of time at the beach, we also enjoyed the resort pool and swings. Dennis was very prompt and responsive with all of our questions. We would stay here again.

Excellent family vacation for 8!

We had a wonderful time during our stay! The unit was stocked with everything we could think of that we needed and was very clean! Dennis was very responsive to all questions leading up to our stay & was super helpful through the travel uncertainties caused by the pandemic. Nice Resort & Very Nice Condo

The condo was exactly as we expected, clean, well decorated and had almost everything you can think of. My only issue was how far it was from the popular Gulf Shores area. If you don't mind staying out a little further this is a.great property and the beach is actually a little prettier. The property manager Dennis was so easy to work with and responded quickly to everything.
