This modern 2-bedroom, 1-bathroom condominium is situated right across the street from the sugar-white sands of Gulf Shores, offering prime access to the heart of the area and has been newly renovated and updated, boasting smart TVs, washer/dryer, and all the amenities necessary for an unforgettable beach getaway.

Located just a brief half mile from The Hangout and within just a few miles down in Orange Beach. Even better, the world-famous Flora-Bama Lounge is only a short 15-minute ride away!

Welcome to The Beachcomber! Our low-density condominium complex offers the ultimate beach getaway. Say goodbye to long waits to cross the crosswalk - you can safely walk directly to the beach in just 2 minutes! For larger groups, we have an additional 2-bedroom right next door(check it out under the Host section).

We do ask that you refrain from smoking except in our designated areas near the parking lot entrance. Kindly note, there isn`t an elevator, but trust us, two small flights of stairs are totally worth our incredible views!

If you`re feeling culinary, pick up some fresh seafood just a few blocks away at Mikee`s Seafood Restaurant and whip up a home-cooked meal in our fully equipped kitchen. Or, opt to indulge in Gulf Shores` fantastic foodie scene with The Sunliner Diner just a 4-minute walk away and The Hangout only a half-mile East with tons of delicious options along the way such as Bahama Bob`s, Gulf Shores Steamer, and Desoto`s for a Bushwacker and a great meal.

Relax in our living room with a Smart TV and access all your streaming accounts or simply catch up on Cable TV. Plus, free WiFi keeps you connected to the world - if you aren`t ready to completely unplug, that is!

This 2 bedroom beachside condo sleeps 6 with a king size bed with new hybrid memory foam mattress and two queen size beds in the second bedroom.

This two bedroom condo is equipped with a full kitchen and private balcony. There is a stackable washer and dryer inside the condo. There are two small flights of stairs to climb to access our unit and there is no elevator.

We are always available to serve you before, during, and after your stay with us but we have your check-In automated and will leave you alone to enjoy your vacation.

Come the bright white beaches and warm water, stay for the amazing dolphin-watching, scenic cruises, and Gulf Shores` very own version of The Hunger Games (just kidding, it`s bumper boats). Plus, your dream of petting a kangaroo could come true at the Alabama Gulf Coast Zoo. Our condo is strategically located just 1/2 a block away from all the essentials: groceries, booze, ice cream, seafood, and a fancy restaurant to pretend like you`re not wearing your beach cover-up.

Located approximately .5 mile from The Hangout and the intersection of Highway 59, this two-bedroom condo is directly across the street from The Whaler condominiums and has direct beach access via a crosswalk! The condo has a covered, designated parking spot. Park underneath the spot labeled #16 and walk up three small flights to the condo!
Parking Notes: The complex does not currently charge for parking.

Our professional cleaners perform a very thorough cleaning and disinfection program between every guest using the best cleaning and disinfecting products available.
Guests need to be quiet between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM.
Renter MUST be 21 or older unless pre-approved
Check-in after 3:00 PM Checkout by 10:00 AM
Please don’t leave the front door open with the A/C running. Please do not set the A/C below 67 degrees, this will causes the A/C unit to freeze up.
Open flames or grilling is not allowed on the decks due to the fire codes.
Please avoid sitting on the furniture or beds with wet bathing suits or tanning oil.
The locked closet is our personal property; please do not tamper with the lock. No smoking, vaping or parties allowed.
* Guests receive a “starter pack” of laundry detergent, toilet paper, dishwashing detergent, and one trash bag per trash can.
