Beach Trip
We went down for a Beach trip. This property has its own beach access, very easy to get to the Beach. There is a nice pool and hot tub. Highly recommend it!

Spring Break
I have several friends staying in the area and they all complained about the noise levels at their rentals. This property was quiet and was very enjoyable. I felt like most of the time I was the only one staying at the property, but the parking lot was full. Everything was perfect!

This unit is up to date and very clean. Location is perfect. We were also very fortunate to meet the owners. They were so nice and gave us great suggestions for dinner. Everything checked out, we will definitely be rebooking with them.

Perfect family vacation
We enjoyed our week here at the condo. Parking and getting to the room was a breeze. The condo itself was great! Very clean and organized. And they had a ton of extra items like beach toys, batteries, food containers, chip clips, and many other items that made the stay even more comfortable. We had a minor issue and the owners were prompt and effective with fixing it. And then we’re kind to reach out later and made sure we were taking care of and satisfied. The pool and access to the beach were easy to get to and the kids loved the set up. We will definitely be back.

First timers
First time for us in the Gulf and our first VRBO stay. The condo was perfect for us two. The view from the patio was amazing, the bed was comfy and the condo was well equipped. The only suggestion is to have more than one roll of toilet paper. We were fortunate to have brought an extra roll with us. Would definitely rent this place again!

Perfect Little Place
Such a nice place for a small family! The room is just above the pool. You can take the elevator or use the stairs since you’re on the third floor. Short walk to the beach. The room is very nicely decorated. The balcony furniture is nice. There is one master bedroom, and the other two beds are a bunk beds in the hallway.I was concerned about the master bedroom mattress since one of the reviews discussed it; however, it was all right. If you have to have a very firm mattress, this is not for you. The mattress is plush and has a good layer of memory foam. They were plenty of towels and wash cloths. You should bring your own shampoo and soap, extra toilet paper, paper towels and garbage bags. Thank you very much for a nice stay and for responding so efficiently to our request.

My husband and I stayed here for a week in august and it was just alright. It was straight and organized and we appreciated that. It was clean but also had such a fake clean smell like the cleaners sprayed so much spray on every tiny surface that I had to air out the condo because it was overwhelming/ made you feel sick to your stomach. However, We have stayed in so many condos and beach homes over the years but never had such an uncomfortable bed experience. We got to the point that we were dreading going to sleep. No one wants that on vacation! If you like a super soft bed maybe it wouldn’t bother you but we sunk to the middle and strained to turn over at night. We woke up every night in the middle of the night and woke up hurting in the morning! It was our first time away from our two babies and we actually took turns sleeping on the couch because we were so uncomfortable. Not the type of vacation we had hoped for! Also, a few things is that the couch just felt scratchy and didn’t feel clean knowing so many had sat on it and it’s just the type of couch that you know doesn’t clean well. I think all rentals would benefit from a slipcover! The pillows weren’t slipcover neither so you know they can’t be that clean either. I know this rental is a family owned but some upgrades would benefit the stay! We wouldn’t book here again due to the mattress. I would consider your comfort level on the type of mattress you like before booking. If you like medium/firm then I would pass or you’ll be uncomfortable. Sinking in the middle is what you’ll be doing all week!

A great place to stay with a view
My family and I really enjoyed staying here. It was very comfortable and well supplied (we like to cook and pack lunches.) The condo is clean and the owners were easy to contact, if needed. The only drawback I can think to mention was that my teenage nephew was just about too tall for the bunk bed (and he is only average height.) The balcony has plenty of seating and tables and a great ocean front view. We would stay here again.

Perfect condo, perfect view! My husband and I stayed at this condo for a week and cannot find one complaint. Condo is spotless & smells clean! We had everything that we needed provided to us (kitchen utensils, towels, etc.). We liked being on the third floor (near the stairs), making it easy to use the stairs without exhausting yourself. View is breathtaking! We LOVED the balcony & the table and chair to eat dinner in with a view. Would highly recommend!

The property is in a nice centralized location for enjoying the bars, restaurants, beaches and stores. They have had issues with one of the elevators that leads to minor delays. The condo had everything they said in VRBO review. Communication with Steve was excellent. Thank You.

We had a great time on vacation. This condo was so nice clean and well decorated. We loved how close to the beach we were. The view was awesome! We walked 2 nights to the nearby icecream shop. It was so good! The pool was also super clean and well maintained. The only thing I would say is that the balcony door has seen better days. It is difficult to open after it gets to a certain point. Other than that we Loved this place!

Family Spring Break
We had a wonderful time at Seacrest. The condo was homey and made everyone feel comfortable. It was also clean and the owners were very responsive. You cannot beat the view of the ocean and the sound of the waves to help you relax on vacation.
