  • Mooie 3 slaapkamers, 2 badkamers unit is gelegen op de 12e verdieping. De grote slaapkamer is voorzien van een kingsize bed, een inloopkast, een flatscreen-tv, toegang tot het balkon en een eigen badkamer. De tweede slaapkamer heeft een queensize bed en een tv. Er is ook een stapelbed kamer met twee stapelbedden en een flatscreen-tv. De woonkamer heeft een slaapbank voor extra slaapplaatsen, evenals een grote flatscreen-tv en toegang tot het balkon. Overall stay

Relaxing time although the trim at the bottom of the entrance door needs fixing, it’s coming loose and up in some places so bad that you can see a lot of daylight under it and you have to make sure to really shut the door hard otherwise it doesn’t stay shut. We woke up our first morning there and the door was slightly open. Other than that we were very pleased with our stay.

Condo was in great condition and easy to access beach. Only complaint is the parking deck should be labeled before entering that it is a dead end at the top with no turn around access.

We booked because of the indoor pool and hot tub incase of cooler weather. 3 days after booking, we were told that the pools and hot tub were closed. Tried to get our money back but was told that was not possible. Should have been in the ad.

Living-dining area is much smaller than it appears in the photos. Inside the condo was clean but the balcony furniture was filthy. We used to live in Florida so I know that the sea air is rough on outdoor furniture but it was obvious this furniture hadn’t been cleaned in a very long time.

Parking on the other hand is HORRIBLE! if you leave after 4PM, do not expect to find a parking spot when you return. We were also directed to park on a curb due to no parking and we were told no one would bother us, the next morning I had a note on my car that stated my tag number was recorded for logging purposes.

Reviewer Comments: We were happy with the condo’s clean linens, size, and location, but the carpet was very old and I didn’t like my one year old crawling on it. It seemed sandy and itchy, and the condo would be considerably nicer if it were replaced. Also, the elevators were extremely crowded and unreliable. Twice during our stay they had to be serviced.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have stayed at Seawind numerous times. This was our first visit using Liquid Life Rentals and staying in unit 1207. There were a couple minor maintenance issues but nothing that needed to be addressed during our stay. (closet door off it's track and a broken patio door handle) The kitchen was not well stocked for those who actively cook while on vacation. (no coffee filters, no nonstick skillets, no cookie sheets, only one mixing bowl and no Tupperware) Many dishes had been put away dirty by a previous guest. We were only given one dishwasher soap packet.The unit didn't have hand soap, came with only one roll of TP per bathroom and had no bath mats. The mattresses in the bunk room need replacing as you can feel the springs when you lay down on it. We sill enjoyed our stay but missed the attention to detail that we have been accustomed to in other condos at Seawind. We also disliked needing to buy TP, dishwasher soap, hand soap and coffee filters upon arrival. The views from Seawind are spectacular. Access to the beach is great and the general location is very handy to shops, restaurants and attractions. Sea N Suds next door is a family favorite!
