Dit prachtige penthouse appartement heeft alles wat u maar wilt of nodig heeft voor uw volgende vakantie naar de ongerepte, witte zandstranden van Gulf Shores. Onlangs opgewaardeerd met designkenmerken zoals een keuken voor de chef, nieuw beddengoed en ultramoderne elektronica, zorgt deze ontsnapping aan de Golf ervoor dat je bij elk weertype op het strand kunt genieten. Je hebt een open balkon naast de woonkamer, flatscreen-tv's en dvd-spelers en gemeenschappelijk gebruik van een buitenzwembad, een zonneterras en een promenade die rechtstreeks naar het strand leidt.

Dit appartement aan de Golf is ideaal gelegen op 1,6 km ten westen van Highway 59 in het centrum van Gulf Shores, op slechts enkele minuten (met de auto) van de Alabama Gulf Coast Zoo, Pirate's Island Adventure Golf, Waterville USA en andere gezinsgerichte attracties . Huur fietsen voor de ochtend in Gulf State Park (twee mijl ten oosten) en geniet van de vele paden die langs de Golf en Little Lagoon lopen, en breng de middag door in The Hangout of Bahama Bob's Beach Side Cafe (beide binnen een mijl) . Big Wave Dave's, LuLu's en Blaylock Seafood & Specialty Market zijn ook allemaal geweldige eetgelegenheden.

Great Stay

Gulf Shores

Condo had a great view of the ocean. It was plenty of room so overall all Was good. But there were things that made the stay somewhat difficult. First the bunk beds were wobbly so we had to put the mattress’s on the floor. The shower in the hall by the front door was terrible. It is a big shower head and water came out on one side only and it was not much water. The mattress in the bedroom by the front door has high and low spots. Not enough towels for 10 people but they did bring us more. Ceilings in two showers are peeling and falling to floor. Sliding door to balcony is very hard to open and close. Kitchen utensils very outdated and the knives for preparing meals are very dull. Coffee maker outdated but it does work and super slow. Icemaker very slow making ice. Drawer for trash can hard to open and close. Entry door to condo very dirty and needs painting. But like I said earlier the condo is nice but when you pay a lot of money for a stay it should be perfect.

LOVED THIS PLACE!!

This condo was beautiful! Roomy, beautiful, had everything we needed! The only complaints we had was that the A/C wouldn’t get below 75, and the second master bed bed was so hard, I couldn’t sleep. Besides that, it was perfect! Plenty of room for 13 people!

Exactly what you see in the pictures

Beautiful views from front room, balcony, and bedroom. Kitchen was well stocked with cooking and eating utensils, washer/dryer came in handy and the place was very nice. Recommend new coffee machine and a broom/dustpan to easily sweep things up. Other than this place was exactly what we needed and would love to stay here again in the future.

Good times!

We really enjoyed our stay! Loved that this location is right on the beach just a few steps and you're on the sand. There's a large, spacious pool area too when you need a break from the saltwater. However the cleanliness of the penthouse needs some tweaking. The floors were really dirty and we found a sorkel mask and a men's deodorant in a couple of our pillowcases so that makes us assume the bed linens weren't stripped from the beds and washed before our stay. Also, in parts of the house the ceiling looks like it's buckling and falling. But other than being an eye sore that didn't bother us.

Spectacular view and beautiful condo

The windows of the condo overlook the beach and spectacular ocean view! We watched sting rays swim at the sand bar, and also saw dolphins just a short distance from shore. The condo is decorated nicely and rooms are spacious. The swivel captain chairs overlooking the ocean were well used! Our family of 13 really enjoyed this destination. The pool was located right next to the beach so was very beneficial. The kids played in the waves daily. The table inside was big enough for all of us to play games and work on a puzzle. The site did mention an extra bed in a bedroom that is no longer there so we did bring an air mattress to use. We made dinner each evening and would have liked to have larger baking pans/sheets, but we managed with no problem. I would highly recommend this condo for a girl's trip or family trip!!

Edgewater West 103

The condo was even more beautiful than the pictures displayed! There was much excitement by all when we entered and took in the view of the ocean right from the living room windows. We saw a dolphin the first day we were there with lots of marine life from the condo. The entire condo was extremely clean and stocked with plenty of towels, along with a washing machine and a dryer. The kitchen was well stocked with everything needed, blender included. The coffee pot seemed to be missing a piece that caused it to hold water in the strainer. It was a little messy but still brewed coffee. The mattress in the bedroom with a full bath (not the master bedroom) was hard; it felt like we were turning on a piece of wood. The rest of the mattresses were extremely comfortable! Check in and check out were super easy! We absolutely loved our stay here! Thanks for the wonderful time and memories!

Beautiful Stay

We had an incredible time on our stay in Gulf Shores. The condo was absolutely stunning. We enjoyed watching out of the huge windows off of the living room. We were accommodated quite well and really don’t have any complaints. I am happy I read through the reviews beforehand though because the pictures don’t accurately represent the room set ups. 3 bedrooms have only 1 bed, while the fourth bedroom has a queen with a full/full bunk and trundle.

The place was lovely albeit some cosmetic problems in the master bath ceiling. We were greeted with sticky floors and beds that were straightedge but concerned for not washed. We had problems with air conditioning for 3 days but finally fixed. Mgt was responsive. The view was breath taking and it was convenient. We would rent it again.

This was a quality stay. The views were amazing. The windows open in the living room and the bedroom so you can listen to the ocean. The decor is extremely nice and inviting. It looks like it has recently been updated. Very clean.

Almost Like the Pictures

This rental looks exactly like the pictures...well almost. On the surface, it looks really nice. However, once you get your foot in the door and start to look around, you'll notice that the place isn't as nice as you had hoped or thought you paid for. The furniture is really worn with tears, stains, and some pieces literally about to fall apart. The beds are really, really hard. And the bedding is barely bedding. The place really needs an overall of new furniture, a really deep cleaning, and new/better mattresses and bedding. Also, the place may fit a large group. However, the kitchen supplies and the water heater does NOT fit a larger group. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and the location was PERFECT. The views are the money maker for this place. However, the price we paid for the quality of the condo is NOT comparable to other places we have stayed.

Family Getaway

We really enjoyed our stay and would stay here again! The property was nice and big for 7 of us which we appreciated. The wall of windows ALWAYS had someone sitting next to it because the views were so great! We were there for a rainy week and the big windows were really fun for watching the weather move in and out! The kitchen was also spacious and had lots pots/pans/plates/cups, etc. One thing to note - all the doors have frosted glass.
