Het uitzicht is perfect. De muur van ramen zal u een foto perfect zicht op het witte zandstrand te geven en nooit eindigende Golf. Aan de lagune kant, zorg ervoor dat de gloeiende zonsondergangen en eindeloze vissen genieten van buiten de openbare pier, allemaal gelegen op loopafstand van de flat. Als de dag voorbij is, vergeet dan niet om achterover te leunen en te ontspannen op uw eigen balkon na een dag vol plezier in de zon. Je moet jezelf knijpen een keer of twee om te weten dat uw vakantie is een droom die uitkomt.

De woonkamer en eetkamer komen uit op de granieten aanrecht keuken. De woonkamer heeft twee grote leren sectie kaarten, een 55 "TV, blue ray dvd-speler, aux koord luidsprekersysteem met Pandora, en gratis Wi-Fi. De eetkamer voor 6 personen en een aanrecht met plaats voor een extra 4. De keuken is volledig uitgerust met een koelkast met ijsblokjesmachine, een fornuis, een oven, een koffiezetapparaat, een broodrooster, een blender, glazen, borden en potten / pannen.

Dit appartement beschikt over 2 slaapkamers en 2 ½ badkamers met beddengoed tot 6 personen. De master bedroom heeft een kingsize bed. De tweede slaapkamer is voorzien van een queen size bed en een stapelbed. Elke kamer beschikt over een televisie en een eigen badkamer. De privé-badkamer is voorzien van een bad / douche, granieten aanrechtblad met een dubbele wastafel, en frisse witte handdoeken.

Voor uw gemak, het appartement heeft een gestapelde wasmachine / droger, strijkijzer, strijkplank, een zware strandkar en een rollend karretje.

Deze 1236 sq. Ft. Appartement is ongeveer 2. 5 mijl van I-59 op West Beach Blvd. (De Hangout). Sanibel beschikt over een zwembad, een peuterbad, een training met een sauna en een grill gebied gelegen in de buurt van de buitendouche.

Er zijn veel activiteiten die u kunt doen in en rond Gulf Shores: gecharterd vissen, jetskiën, kajakken, duiken en snorkelen, dolfijncruises, waterpark, vliegreizen, minigolf, dierentuin, bioscopen, het winkelcentrum Tanger Outlet (geladen met veel winkels van merknamen), The Wharf (een concert bijwonen, speciaalzaken, ijssalons, restaurants) en nog veel meer!

In het grotere gebied van de Gulf Shores worden het hele jaar door veel festivals gehouden: het Strawberry Festival in Baldwin County (april), het Hangout Music Festival (mei), het garnalenfestival (oktober) en nog veel meer. De Alabama Gulf Coast Kamer van Koophandel website, www. alabamagulfcoastchamber. com, heeft een bedrijf voor huidige gebeurtenissen / Chamber Evenementen / Evenementen en nog veel meer.

We really enjoyed the main living area with the entire wall of windows overloooking the ocean. The ocean was only a short walk across the street so that was very nice. Tons of restaurants and snacks all within 10min drive. The condo was beautiful and stocked with anything you could need.

Perfect for our small family!

This was our first family beach trip with our two littles (2 and 4). The property is exactly as listed! Anything you can possibly think of kitchen wise, the condo has it. All cookware as well as a blender, coffee pot, electric griddle, even a homemade ice cream maker! Our 4 year old slept on the bottom bunk and our two year old slept on the queen bed. She’s used to a floor bed at home, but there were SO MANY pillows in the condo, we were able to tuck them under the sheets around her to prevent rolling off the bed, and she did totally fine! You do have to cross the street to get to the beach access point, but it is a super easy walk down the street and has a crosswalk. We arrived the Wednesday before Labor Day weekend (and were even able to check in at 1pm..which Alexandra made sure to call me and confirm that I saw her early check-in approval the night before!) and were basically the only people on the beach Wednesday and Thursday. Friday-Sunday definitely got busier, but if you’re okay with walking down the beach just a little bit, there is still plenty of space to be away from the crowd if that’s more your speed. You’re minutes away from a few smaller eating joints (we had ice cream at Waves and it was great!), as well as a couple more minutes away from all the main restaurants (Hangout, Original Oyster House, etc.) I would absolutely recommend this location and specifically this unit for anyone traveling with a smaller family!

Paradise

This was the best condo we've stayed in at Gulf Shores. The location, proximity to the beach, cleanliness, security on site, description, everything about it was amazing! And, the view is absolutely breathtaking! Traveling 12 hrs with four small children makes for a long day and once we arrive after picking up our Walmart grocery pick up, we had everything we needed. We hope she will allow us to stay next summer. Blessings from TX to Mr. & Mrs. Vera.

Ideal for Relaxation

We loved this property! It was clean and comfortable, and the view was amazing!! We spent so much time on the patio, which was shaded all day long (in June) and a perfect retreat to be in the shade and still enjoy the ocean view and sounds. The beach was across the street, a brief walk away (less than 5 minutes) and was easily accessible via a well marked crosswalk. The host is very detail oriented, and her instructions were complete and easy to follow. The property was well supplied with kitchen utensils, pots, pan, and dishes, and we had everything we needed. We found everything very comfortable and felt at home almost immediately. If we ever get the chance to go back to Gulf Shores, this will be our first choice to stay. We absolutely loved it!!!

Best spot in Gulf Shores!

This was our third consecutive spring break in the Gulf Shores/Orange Beach area, and while preferences certainly vary, I'd be hard pressed to reccomend somewhere else to stay. First off, if you don't want to be right in the middle of the crowds, but still have fantastic beach access, a great pool, amazing views of the gulf, and even great access to the lagoon behind, this is the place. The beach is across the street, and, as Sanibel is the only high rise in close proximity, it's a very large stretch of beautiful white sand beach with shallow water that was definitely not over-crowded. When you work hard and count the days until vacation, then do a two-day drive, and you walk into this condo to be greeted by a panorama of glass that puts the Gulf of Mexico on full display like something out of a movie, you can't help but heave a huge sigh that says "this is what vacation is all about". The balcony is BIG, with a bunch of adirondack chairs. The living room/dining area combines COMFORT with plenty of seats, and that was perfect, as we had two families traveling together in two different condos in the same building, so we could do game night, movie night, etc. and have plenty of room for 9 of us. The condo was perfectly stocked with everything we needed, and the place was clean as a whistle and painted to make you feel like you're at the beach, which is kind of the point. Alex is just a joy of a person, and will keep you informed of anything you need to be. In a word - AWESOME!

We really enjoyed our stay. The rooms were clean and everything we needed was there. The view is wonderful. The wall-to-wall windows let us soak in the view while gaining a quick respite from the afternoon heat.

Best family vacation

This was the best vacation yet for my family. The condo was amazing. It had everything we needed to cook. It had enough comfortable chairs on the patio overlooking the ocean. It was perfect. This condo is exactly as described, very clean, and run by a great owner. The view from the 11th floor condo is fantastic. There is gear you can take to the beach. The owner is very responsive and friendly. We can't wait to visit again!
