    Beide slaapkamers hebben premium 3-inch topmatrassen die onlangs zijn toegevoegd voor ultiem comfort en ontspanning.

    Deze twee slaapkamers, een bad unit slaapt zes met slaapbank in de woonkamer. Onlangs bijgewerkte apparaten zoals wasmachine / droger, magnetron en ijsmaker. 3 flatscreen-tv's, waaronder een 32-inch smart-tv aan de muur in de woonkamer en een 32-inch smart-tv in slaapkamer 1 voor NETFLIX, HULU, enz. Voor eigen accounts. 1 dvd. GRATIS draadloos internet. Beddengoed is:

    Condo ligt dicht bij de stad, op slechts 2. 0 mijl ten westen van Highway 59, direct aan het strand. Klein, privé zwembad tegenover dit appartement.

    Parkeren voor twee auto's direct onder dit appartement op de eerste verdieping. Geen eigen balkon, maar grote vrijplaats om te zitten, op slechts een steenworp afstand van het witte zandstrand.

    Gemakswinkel / strandmarkt ('Waves') met geweldig restaurant en een pakketwinkel aan de overkant van de straat.

    Gemeenschappelijke / openbare dekgebieden om te bekijken. Grillen gebied ook (geen grills voorzien). Niet-roken-eenheid. Grote voertuigen passen niet op de parkeerplaats. Geen aanhangwagens, hoge topwagens, boten, enz. Zijn op het terrein toegestaan. Great little place to spend the weekend. Right on the beach. Had a small hiccup and the management company was right out the next morning to remedy it. I'm impressed. Would definitely recommend!

All in all it was a great location. People were very polite and friendly. Would go again.

Gulf Shores Lion Fish

Overall it was a great place. The rooms were small, but it was perfect for my son and I. We had a great time making memories and would stay here again. The only downside, you are right next to the road, so at times, the traffic noise can be a little loud.

Fun Spring Break

Can’t beat the location of the condo. Condo could use a little updating. My family enjoyed the heated pool and short walk to the beach.

Close to Beach

This property is definitely dated buttttt it is clean and everything worked. Water pressure is AWESOME in the shower. If you are wanting a base camp to return to in the evenings while you explore the Beach and everything that Gulf Shores has to offer then this is your place. Close to town but far enough away to feel a little secluded. This is our second time we have stayed at this location and it does exactly what we want at an affordable price.

2nd trip to the gulf shore

it’s was a good place to stay the pool wasn’t big but it worked. the room was good just wasn’t clean good before we got there. someone had left a shoe under one of the tv stands and they was food left u see it so they didn’t sweep..but over all it was a good place to stay..

On the beach

We enjoyed being close to the beach. The unit was a perfect size and very clean. If you do not mind chipped dishes and peeling paint, it is pretty comfortable. Outside noise was a concern for me. Garbage being picked up outside our door at 5 am twice a week.

109 has Outdated furnishings

Ceiling fans were noisey and wobbly and one even stopped working while we slept. Terrible mattress in one of the bedrooms. Bedroom furniture was outdated and covered with wall paper. The 109 condo needs to be updated.

Cozy and as advertised

After renting for 3 years at Sunrise Village, I have to say that I think the owners of any of the rentals should spend a little money for bed upgrades. Most uncomfortable beds, ever. Upon arrival, I could hardly get the key to work at first and thought that we were given the wrong keys, only to discover that the door knob is loose and needs to be held steady so that you can unlock the door. We rent late in October for peace and quiet, but the neighbors were there to party. I know that there are several property managers so not sure what can be done with people who don't rent from the same company. It was just aggravating. Other than that- I truly love the beach area and the little Condo was nicely kept.

Good location, shorter walk to a much less crowded beach

The unit is old and small, but works if your goal is to be at the beach all day. The location is perfect with a short walk to the beach. The a/c, washer, dryer and appliances work. The bathroom is tiny but good water pressure. If you are wanting to sit on a balcony and watch the ocean from your beautiful beach condo, this is not the place to go. It’s good for sleeping, showering, and has a little kitchenette with a small to almost full sized refrigerator. We went with multiple families who stayed at condos in Orange beach and two miles up the strip. This condo was smaller and older, however, had the best beach of all the locations.

Little butt on the beach

I say little butt because you better have a little butt to fit on this toilet in this small small bathroom they've got the toilet turned sideways all smoking has to be done by a stinky dumpster. Small is the theme here including the public pool although it is nice if you get it alone, you have to make a slightly longer walk down the beach to set up any canopies due to apparently some lawn chair company has rights even right in front of condo. Convenience store and ice cream and restaurant right across the street, which you will need considering the ice maker doesn't work. It's not bad just not great considering after you pay verbo and cleaning fee it's a little high

Just ok

The unit is ready for some deferred maintenance. It was not as clean as it should have been. It was ok for my wife and I for short visit. However the location was good because a local bar we like is close.
