This is a 1Bdrm 1Ba unit with twin bunk beds in the hallway. The master bedroom has a king bed. It is in the middle of the complex on the 6th floor and has gorgeous unobstructed views of the Gulf of Mexico!! The unit has a maximum occupancy of 4 people. It is just a short walk from the condo to the beach (only 300yards :) ) however there are also a few parking spots down by the boardwalk that are first come first serve should you wish to drive your vehicle down vs walk.

This unit has granite in the kitchen, tile floors throughout. There is free WIFI and cable.

Some other amenities of the condo are the large pool, hot tub, and common area grill. The views of the Gulf and Mobile Bay are breathtaking.

The Indies is approximately 1 mile from the Fort, the Ferry, the Bon Secour Wild Life Refuge and access to a boat ramp. There is a marina and Tacky Jacks across the street.

NO PETS ALLOWED & NO SMOKING ALLOWED - no exceptions. One time Parking fee of 40.00 (not included in price as it’s goes directly to security company) is due upon arrival to the security guard in order to obtain parking pass for your stay.

**** EXTREMELY IMPORTANT - the pool key is a key fob that you will need to keep up with and be sure to leave on kitchen counter at check out. They are 125.00 to replace if you lose it or take it with you. Cleaners will inspect after each checkout for the key and send a photo - if it is missing the guest checking out on that day is responsible for the 125.00 replacement fee! ****
