15e verdieping !! Muur van Windows! Prachtige uitzichten!

Mooie 2 slaapkamers 2. 5 bad appartement op de 15e verdieping heeft het beste van beide werelden met een prachtig uitzicht op de Golf via de 30 ft muur van ramen naar de voorkant en lagune uitzicht vanaf de slaapkamers! Je moet minstens 23 jaar zijn om dit prachtige appartement te huren. Alle high-end, nieuw meubilair heeft een eigentijdse look, maar is ook ongelooflijk comfortabel, waardoor dit strand een echte vakantie-ervaring krijgt. De woonkamer heeft TWEE grote mooie lederen doorsneden voor grote zitplaatsen. De slaapkamer heeft een kingsize bed en de tweede slaapkamer heeft een queensize bed en een stapelbed. Alle bedden zijn zeer comfortabel met luxe linnengoed. Beide volledige badkamers hebben dubbele wastafels en een grote ijdelheid voor extra ruimte en veel pluche handdoeken. Een gestapelde wasmachine / droger is ook beschikbaar in het appartement voor uw gemak. Onze keuken is volledig uitgerust met alles wat voor u en uw gasten nodig is. Vaatdoeken, papieren handdoeken en vaatzeep zijn voor uw verblijf verstrekt. Wij bieden een strandkar en een rollende koeler om de korte wandeling naar het strand nog makkelijker te maken.


Als u van vissen houdt, is dit de plek! Met de langste pier in de Golf van Mexico die onlangs voltooid is, zijn er eindeloze mogelijkheden hier in Gulf Shores. Slechts een paar stappen uit de deur van Sanibel is de lagune waar vissen, jetskiën en varen zo handig zijn. Lagoon Pass Park, de pas die de lagune en de Golf verbindt, ligt op een steenworp afstand met een mooi beschermd strand, wachtend alleen op de kleintjes die het ondiep, kalm water willen hebben. Of gewoon ontspannen en kijk naar de prachtige zonsondergangen over de lagune.

Als u meer wilt doen dan genieten van de mooie witte zandstranden en helder blauw water, zijn er zo veel opties op korte afstand. Sanibel is slechts 2,5 km naar 'The T' (het kruispunt van Hwy 59 en Beach Blvd), dat is de hub van activiteiten en restaurants van Gulf Shores. Veel keuzes van restaurants, een Super Wal-Mart, Target, Publix, Bruno's, Winn-Dixie, Walgreens, en meer zijn allemaal binnen een korte rit. Gulf Shores is vol familie entertainment met een waterpark, golf, tennis, vissen, krabben, kajakken, parasailing, dolpin cruises, go-karts, dierentuin, films en Tanger outlet winkels. Ontdek burgeroorlogs forten, een oorlogsschip in Mobile, AL, wandel- en fietspaden. U kunt een vissersboot charteren voor wat diepzee opwinding of huur een kapitein om u op een zonsondergang cruise te nemen. Fiets-, boot- en jetski verhuur zijn ook beschikbaar in de omgeving.

Het Gulf Coast gebied is de thuisbasis van vele festivals door het jaar zoals het Garnalenfestival in oktober en het Baldwin County Strawberry Festival in april. De schilderachtige stad Fairhope AL ligt in de buurt van Mobile Bay, de thuisbasis van het kunst- en ambachtelijke festival in maart. Het Gulf Coast Hot Air Balloon Festival wordt gehouden in juni over Vaders Day in de nabijgelegen stad Foley. Het jaarlijkse Hang Out Music Festival wordt gehouden in mei hier in Gulf Shores. Er zijn te veel andere evenementen en activiteiten om te vermelden, maar blijf op de Gulf Coast Chamber of Commerce website kijken om meer te zien.

Perfect beach trip!

Location location location!! Close enough to night life, restaurants, and shopping and far enough away for peaceful relaxation. One side is the views of the ocean and the other the bay! Best of both worlds! We will be back! Beach access is literally right across the road with a lifeguard on duty!

Great location. Short walk to beach and easy accessibility to fishing. View of the gulf coast was amazing! Nice large living area. Condo could use updating of beds and linens. Over head light in master bedroom was not working and overhead light in half bath was not working. We had a wonderful week.

Great Condo!

My two teenage girls and I enjoyed our stay here very much! The view was amazing and the condo had plenty of space for us to spread out. We enjoyed the location and the close walk to the beach and made use of the beach chairs and umbrella provided. We also enjoyed the pool and the surrounding area. This was our first time to Gulf Shores and we appreciated the owner's helpful suggestions on places to eat and things to do. We had one minor issue, but the owner addressed it promptly and courteously. We would definitely stay here again!

Great condo with an even better view!

The condo was amazing! The view was breathtaking!! It had all the amenities we needed, including a cart for the beach full of supplies! Lots of space for our family of 4 to fit comfortably. Teresa was good at communicating when we needed anything and was quick to remedy any issues that came up. Definitely going to miss our morning coffee on the balcony!! Would definitely stay here again!!

Great place!

Beautiful view from the balcony! As described, impeccably clean and had everything we needed. Easy access to the beach and the boardwalk. Had to reach out to the owner about parking passes, she was very quick to respond and even had older chairs and umbrella replaced immediately. Can't say enough about our stay! Excellent communication and customer service!

We take a trip every year around the 4th of July and I have to say this is one of the best places I’ve stayed at couple of things I would fix around the condo very mi or things though. Absolutely amazing view from the balcony

Wasn’t happy with second bedroom, had no chest of drawers to store clothes in. Had to live out of luggage. Has a very noticeable spill under one sofa. Would come back if storage situation was corrected.

Amazing View! Giant Living Space!

My husband and I, our two teenage kids, and each one has a friend. We had an absolutely perfect week. The pictures are what you see. The best view of the Ocean. The walk to the Beach was very short. The back view is is beautiful. The living room space is very generous. The couches are huge. The water pressure in the shower is the best. Little things like that get me for sure. We were all sad to leave. I highly recommend this unit as well as the owner. Very easy to communicate with and she provided valuable info/tips for things to do. Oh and I loved Rouses for groceries. They have a great deli. And friendly staff. Good prices too.

I’m sorry to say it was just “okay”

I chose this unit because of its high rating for cleanliness. When we got there, I couldn’t see that there was anything obviously dirty (like showers/toilets), but even if it was clean on the surface, it just felt dirty. The entry door, walls, woodwork, windows, and outside of the sliding door need to be cleaned and/or painted. They are dirty and stained in places, giving the place an unclean feel. The rugs are look very old and dirty (even if vacuumed). What surprised me the most was that the refrigerator door was full of used condiments! The pantry shelves contained used jars of peanut butter and other food. Some people might find that handy, but to me, it was gross. Who wants to walk in to someone else’s half-used bottle of salad dressing? That does not give a fresh feel that’s ready for the next family. It says “still in use by previous family.” Maybe that’s just me being weird, but in 10 years of staying in Gulf Shores, I have never seen that before, and it was an instant turn-off. Most of the towels and sheets were colored, which means when they are washed, there is no bleach used to disinfect them thoroughly. The master bedroom light did not work. I reported it, but it still did not get fixed, and no one let us know what the status was on an attempt to fix it . So we spent the week in a dimly lit room, depending on the lamps and opening the blinds for extra lighting. The night we arrived, after traveling 12.5 hours and a mile walk to Shrimpfest and back, both elevators were broken down. We were forced to walk up the stairs to the 15th floor! A poor little elderly lady had to take the stairs to the top floor and she had recently recovered from a knee replacement! The Sanibel should be more diligent about their elevators. There has been one broken down every time we stay there. Experiencing both being broken down at the same time was a first and extremely annoying. Overall, it was just okay. I’m sorry to say that I doubt if I would stay there again.

Fall Break

The view was amazing! We absolutely loved the condo and would definitely stay there again. A lot of extra beach items and toys. The check-in process was super simple and kitchen had every item you could need. The master bed headboard had not been dusted, but maybe it was because of the off season and no one had been there for a while. The only other thing I wish they had was a dresser in the spare bedroom. Overall, for our first time in Gulf Shores, we loved it and we loved your condo.

Labor Day weekend 2022

The view, living room and kitchen were beautiful. My disappointments were the disgusting clogged shower drains in both bathrooms, and the uncomfortable mattress in the master bedroom. Get those taken care of and this place has great potential.
