Mooie 3 slaapkamers, 2 badkamers unit is gelegen op de 11e verdieping. De grote slaapkamer is voorzien van een kingsize bed, een inloopkast, een flatscreen-tv, toegang tot het balkon en een eigen badkamer. De tweede slaapkamer heeft een queensize bed en een flatscreen-tv. Er is ook een stapelbed kamer met twee stapelbedden. De woonkamer heeft een slaapbank voor extra slaapplaatsen, evenals een grote flatscreen-tv, een dvd-speler en toegang tot het balkon. De volledig uitgeruste keuken is voorzien van granieten aanrechtbladen en roestvrijstalen apparaten. Deze accommodatie heeft een bijkeuken met een wasmachine en een droger op ware grootte. Condo was exactly as expected. Short walk to the beach. Splash pad/kiddie pool was perfect for the grands (ages 3 and 4). Easy check in using keypad.

Great experience

Had a great stay! Whatever issues we had the staff were quick to respond, which is all you can ask for. Great communication, great location. Parking spaces are TIGHT in the parking garage so if you're driving a large vehicle then just park outside. Would definitely stay again!

Great place was construction which was active but probably over by now.

Once the outside updates are completed this is a great spot. Nice pool but could not use it due to construction. The unit itself was great and in great order had everything we needed. I would recommend it post construction.

Check-in was a little sketchy since our code didn’t initially work and we couldn’t check in until right after 4pm. Other than that it’s a great location, super nice condo/facility, amenities; The only issue we had was the elevator being super slow for everyone.

Family Vacay

We had a lovely time and the Seawind resort is a favorite. There were 7 of us. Plenty of kitchen supplies available. No salt pepper or condiments were in so plan to pick some up somewhere. There was a blender that was not on the appliance list so that was a pleasant surprise. Thermostat does not set lower than 68 degrees which was ok for us. If you prefer it cooler you may not like it.

Wonderful Experience

2nd experience with SeaWind Condo. This Unit was on target with cleanliness and comfort! We were hesitant about returning for this vacation as the 1st unit we rented was below par but we were very very pleased with this unit! The elevator situation is a hot mess but we understand there is a plan for more elevators coming this fall. Will definitely return without hesitation once the elevator situation is corrected.

Great Condo

The condo was beautiful. Night 1 our HVAC went out, but the property management maintenance guy was FABULOUS! He was so nice and knowledgeable. They had to call the HOA approved company to technically fix it, which was unfortunate since he wasn’t the most professional. However, the air was fixed and the trip was great! Wish the pool was bigger, but the walk to Sea N Suds was worth it.

Great place and great location

The location was walking distance to many restaurants and a market across the street. The unit was clean and had everything we needed. The blender was not working during our stay and we texted Liquid life rentals and we had a new blender the next morning. The ac never got below 73, but they checked it and said it was fine. They did supply us with 2 fans to make it more comfortable. The biggest downfall is the elevators. They need more! The waits were 10-15 minutes during peak times. Overall I would stay here again! Location is perfect and had plenty of beds for our big group. Gym and pools were all nice! We rented beach chairs and they took great care of us! Parasailing and other rental are right next door to the condo. All of our needs were taken care of!

Great place

Very nice and clean property. This property is conveniently located in Gulf Shores. This was my first time staying here and I enjoyed it. There are places to eat with in walking distance. Also there is a little market across the street if you need some grocery. The view from my room was amazing. You are rite on top of the beach.

Property was great. We were there sep 6 to 10 and ABSOLUTELY no problem with the elevator's as previous reviews. Parking was not a problem (but I could possibly see how it would be if condo was completely packed) the condo it self was in great condition (only complaint is the bunk room could have used a TV) overall great stay and clean and in a convenient location.

Disappointing

Seawind 1102 was the first property we have stayed at where we were thoroughly disappointed. The furniture was dirty, when we came in the carpets were littered with dried cheese and taco meat from previous renters, the master shower has mold growing and master bath sink didn’t drain, the carpet was overall disgusting. If that wasn’t enough, the closet light in the second bedroom sounded as if it was shorting out at switch, so we left it off the whole time. Check-in time was listed as 3:00, so we had grocery pick up at 3 and headed to condo, at 15 after 3 we were begging the company for the code to get in and they explained that at 3 is when the final inspections get done…not check in. Oh, and elevators! Only One working for most of our trip so waited 10-15 minutes sometimes for elevator. Overall, will NOT stay in this unit again as it has been abused and not well kept as other we have stayed at in the Seawind complex which we have always enjoyed. Will make sure the property is not managed by Liquid Life as well, poor management.
