Rooms were clean. Parking spots were a bit narrow which made it easily to get dings on your car. A grab bar would have been very helpful and much safer getting in and out of bathtub. The sofa and chairs were pretty low which is more difficult for older people to get out of. Kitchen was stocked well.

Everything was nice and comfortable. The only issue that we had were the curtains in the master bedroom. The curtain was not wide enough to cover the entire sliding door, and it was very sheer that didn’t block the light. I didn’t expect a full blackout, but this curtain probably only blocked 25-30% of the light. I like the complex, but maybe another unit next time.

Very pretty, clean, great beach front location, with pool and kiddie pool, hot tub, fitness center and sauna. Condo was very spacious with 2 large bedrooms and 2 large bathrooms, and the 3rd bedroom is very small. We had an issue with one remote not working for the main tv and the owner was very quick to respond and it was very quickly addressed. It has one beachfront bar/restaurant right next to it and only a 6 minute walk to the hangout restaurant, and a Waffle House right across the street. It was great place to stay and would definitely stay again!

AMAZING!!! Perfect family get away!

Clean, well stocked (kitchen and towels), right on the beach, pool was easily accessible too. Parking was easy and handy that parking passes were included. Several rolling carts to load and unload. We were able to have groceries delivered and that was awesome as well.Everything was clean and organized. The patio balcony was really nice. We got to see dolphins two mornings. They had a whole closet of beach accessories. We truly didn’t need to bring anything. We will be going back.

Baseball Spring break trip

The condo was exactly how it was advertised, clean and exactly what we were looking for. We were in town for a high school baseball tournament, but this was also our vacation. Being right on the beach was perfect since our kids were old enough to go out on the beach by themselves. The management of the condo was very helpful with anything we needed and available for any concerns we had.

It's not a 3 bedroom..

Overall, a good property. There were 3 adult women staying. The 3rd "bedroom" had no closet or wardrobe. No dresser. It's more like an office space. A condo owner set her condo on the 13th floor on fire. We had water on the 4th floor, which required fans to run for 9 days. They made it roght. run for 9 days.

The unit was very nice! The only downside was the third bedroom is very tiny for adults to fit in. The unit was very clean and comfortable. The building itself just shows a little age. Very convenient location and easy parking. Would definitely recommend!

Great Stay!

This condo was a great choice for us. It wasn't crowed at this time of year so it was quiet overall. Can't imagine during the summer. The views were great and the terrace furniture was comfy. Sat out a lot listening to the waves. The location being on the 4th floor was nice as it is the first floor above the parking garage. Washer and dryer were awesome to keep up with laundry and beds and bedrooms were plenty big and comfortable enough for our family of 4. I would stay here again in a heartbeat. Some minor suggestions for improvement would be to change out the 2 "living room" chairs for a love seat or other recliner/chair as they aren't that comfortable. I would add a vacuum cleaner as there is a lot of sand even after cleaning crew due to the nature of the beach and there will be left over sand on the floors and even in the bed sheets as it is hard to get out (bring a lint roller to get it off surface and sheets if it is an issue). Lastly, the master bath toilet needs leveled as it won't stay up for the guys. Overall great stay and loved the area!

Mother’s Day getaway

My family of 6 stayed for Mothers Day weekend and the condo fit us all very comfortably. We loved the oversize balcony overlooking the beach! We also loved that this unit comes with beach chairs/ umbrellas etc so you don’t have to necessarily rent any. The only down fall for me was I specifically rented from this condominium for their splash pad for my two kids who i knew would love it and it wasn’t opened. It was being worked on pretty much the whole weekend so that was a little disappointing but what can you do. We just had more beach time! We did have a problem with the keypad on the door and the dryer but I have to say the management company is so amazing!! They responded very quickly and had people out asap to fix everything! I was very impressed!

Nice, well equipped unit. I liked the layout with 2 king beds & the third bedroom. Nice beach view. A couple of minor negatives, one which gets a lot of complaints but didn’t bother us very much is the lack of another set of elevators. The tile floor in our unit could have used a good mopping. The parking garage must have been built with just compact cars in mind, today’s full size vehicles just don’t fit. Overall a good place stay, nice beach area, nice kitty pool for the little ones. My 3 grandkids really enjoyed it until a glass was either thrown or dropped from the 15th floor ave forced the closing of the pool. I hope management

We had an issue with the door code upon arrival but communication was great and was fixed promptly. The floors were very dirty upon arrival. Our crawling 11 month old’s hands and knees and everyone’s feet were black after walking around for a short amount of time. The shower curtain did not appear clean. Some of the dishes and pots and pans had to be scrubbed by hand before use. One of the decorative pillows in the master bedroom appeared stained with possible paint? With that being said, the condo was nice and was stocked with everything we needed including beach chairs, an umbrella, and a wagon. The location was great. The elevators and parking were fine until the weekend then it picked up and was much busier. Quick walk to the beach was nice with 2 kids. The splash pad was a nice feature. The pool and splash pad area could have used a good cleaning. Overall, our stay was nice other than the issues stated above.

Enjoyed our Stay on this Beach Getaway!

The Condo is very nice and in a great location. Everything is updated and modern and it is beautifully decorated. They supplied everything that we needed for our fun filled days on the beach. The wagon, chairs, umbrella & beach toys were used daily and very much appreciated, as that was less items that we had to bring. The kitchen is fully equipped with dishes, pots, pans, etc. We loved having that dryer, we used it everyday. The kiddos got to swim the night before check out, since we had the dryer, nothing would have to be packed while still wet. The Condo was the perfect size for my family of 8 (Myself, My Husband, Son, Daughter In-law and 4 Grandsons, ages 3-8). The location is great also. We walked to The Hang Out one night for dinner and to let the kiddos play in their "Foam party". It was only a 12 minute walk (and that was with 4 under 8 years old), worked out perfectly!! There were a couple of issues with things that were missed/overlooked during cleaning prior to our arrival. We checked in/arrived late at night, so as soon as Alicesyn with Alabama Getaway was informed the next morning, she immediately corrected the issues. From Booking the Condo to Checking Out, Alabama Getaway was wonderful to work with. We really enjoyed our Beach Getaway and look forward to staying here again in the future!

Exceeded expectations

Haven’t stayed right in the heart of Gulf Shores for awhile now, but we actually found it so fun and convenient. We had a fantastic ocean view and could walk right to the beach. The toddlers and adults loved the splash pad area. Unit 405 was outstanding. Boho beach vibes. 2 nice king bedrooms with ample closet space AND 2 tubs. We enjoyed the large patio and nice furniture. Big laundry room and the included wagon was so helpful on beach days. Would suggest the owners purchasing a Keurig machine though. Thanks!
