De keuken heeft mooie massief houten kasten, granieten toonbanken, en roestvrij staal is volledig gevuld met alles wat je nodig hebt om van je vakantie te genieten. Een zeer grote wasruimte is te vinden naast de keuken met een full-size wasmachine en droger.

De eigenaar is zo attent! U vindt extra's in dit appartement, waaronder een strandkar met enkele zandspeelgoed, 6 strandstoelen en een parasol om tijdens uw verblijf te gebruiken!

De woonkamer heeft veel comfortabele zitplaatsen met een grote tv !. De woonkamer kijkt uit op het strand en heeft toegang tot het voorportaal aan de golf. De eettafel staat 4 met meer zitplaatsen gevonden aan de bar in de keuken.

De grote slaapkamer is voorzien van een kingsize bed, uitzicht op de golf / het strand en toegang tot het dek. De tweede slaapkamer heeft een kingsize bed. De 'kleinere gast 2 slaapkamer heeft een queensize bed. Alle slaapkamers en de woonkamer zijn uitgerust met tv's. De meester en gast baden zijn zowel groot als zeer luxueus met granieten toonbanken. De bank kan naar een bed worden getrokken om in totaal 8 personen te kunnen gebruiken, indien nodig.

Wij, bij Alabama Getaway Vacation Rentals, doen er alles aan om ervoor te zorgen dat u de allerbeste vakantie mogelijk maakt !! We maken het inchecken super eenvoudig, ter plaatse bij de condo !! Een van ons controleert de flat vóór elke aankomst om er zeker van te zijn dat alles klaar is voor onze gast !! It was a great location. The condo was roomy and clean - perfect for three adults and two kids. Sitting on the balcony drinking coffee in the morning and wine at night watching the sunset made the stay extra enjoyable.

Loved that it was on the end and perfect view of the beach! Only thing with the condo, which is with any honestly, wear shoes around in it or your feet will be black. We did have 2 frustrating things 1) lock was broke on the sliding doors so you could not get to the balcony from the living room, you had to go through the bedroom. Owners were notified and they made the HOA aware, 2) only one elevator was working and sometimes you had to wait 10-15 minutes for an elevator, which isnt the owners fault, but it was frustrating.

The condo was simply wonderful. Everything was very clean and comfortable. The bed was perhaps one of the most comfortable ones I've slept on at a VRBO. I slept so good every night. I loved the comfy sofa on the balcony. I even took a nap out there one afternoon listening to the waves hit the shore. the building as a whole is very nice with easy beach access.and close to plenty of restaurants. I would happily return to this lovely condo for another relaxing week by the gulf.

We had a good stay overall, it did the job. Probably better bang for your buck somewhere else though. Pros: the kids pool was wonderful, close walk to the beach, great balcony, attentive and helpful staff. Cons: when another room used water (sink, shower, etc) it made a loud squeal into the master room. This was super unpleasant! Didn’t love the squeaky master bed and pillows, and the elevator lag was pretty bad for the number of guests the condo holds.

We loved the condo and the balcony was probably our favorite spot to sit in the evenings and watch the beach activities and listen to the ocean. The proximity of being on the beach was great! Condo floor was less than clean, our feet were black on the bottom when walking barefoot, so just wore sandals around when inside. Other than that everything was very nice and comfortable. The kids loved being in the kiddie pool and going down to the beach.

I have no complaints about the stay, the communication, location. All was great! They even had a wagon full of beach goodies.Only complaint is the elevators! The condo building has over 100 units and only TWO elevators! I don’t think it was built to accommodate so many beach goers. That was definitely an issue.

The patio furniture is in need of cushion replacement. Very dirty and a smoke burn on one. Kitchen could use a few cocktail glasses. Bed pillows a little lumpy and flat. Unit was very clean and staff quick to respond. We still enjoyed our stay.

Family Spring Break

We arrived late and check in was easy . It did take a while to get things to the unit due to major traffic in the elevator and long waits . The unit turned out very nice all beds were comfortable and it had everything we needed. Only issue we ran into was with the tv remotes as only one worked correctly . I would suggest instructions and labeling the remotes that go with each tv. Has a little bad weather but overall there was plenty of beach time . We did not rent chairs and umbrellas as we felt it was too expensive and could have been included with the price of the rental We will definately return to stay again in this area .

The condo was clean and had a comfortable bed in the master. Suited our needs for a local tournament. Couch was very comfortable. Was able to get a little beach time in. The only downside is the noise. The condo above has tile flooring as this one does. How do I know? I was able to hear every chair scoot and luggage roll. It sounded like they were rearranging furniture early every morning. You can also hear all revving engines at the stop light in front of the condo. Don't let that deter you though. The furniture scooting calmed down and the revving engines were not all the time. The condo is at the end of the building so your not by the trash chute or elevator being interrupted by the foot traffic. The gym at this location is excellent. Got my full workout in all week. There were 13 people in there at one point. Pool was down for repair while we were there but I wasn't planning on getting in it anyway. Under roof parking is very tight. I parked in the open lot near the guard shack. Great location to local spots.

Downside - property decided to close the children’s splash pool without notice and had part of parking lot/pathway from the elevators to breach ramp closed also for painting. Fall break Girls Beach trip!!

This condo was beautiful and as my 11 year old said “ Very Preppy!” which means super cute! Decoration were perfect cute and warmly feel! I loved the time throughout the condo and no carpet. Outside on the balcony was my favorite! Comfy little sitting area to drink coffee and read my book in the morning before my crew woke up! We will definitely be back and stay at this condo. Kids loved the pool and the staff were friendly and on top of it with any questions I had.

Seawind Facilities Run Down

The building had issues throughout our week stay. The elevators were constantly down and water was shut off twice. Parking deck was poorly designed and security bothered us several times for my husbands large truck parking over the line even though there were still 20+ parking spots available. Just felt really impersonal and stressful. Guests were smoking on patio decks, we sadly had to smell smoke throughout the week while enjoying the view (the main reason for booking this room..). Indicated we had 4 adults and 3 kids, so they gave us 5 bathroom towels. No extra sheets provided. I have never written a negative review on VRBO, but to spend this kind of money for a family vacation, I think it is important for guests to be aware of the lack of attention to detail and run down facilities that this stay offers. There are so many great looking places along the coast, even the San Carlos Condominiums next door looked beautiful! I would recommend continuing your search. :)
