Zomerhuis West 207B is een schattig appartement met 2 slaapkamers, 2. 5 badkamers perfect voor een familievakantie. De woonkamer is een geweldige plek om te ontspannen en heeft toegang tot het eigen balkon om te genieten van de frisse golfbries. De keuken is volledig uitgerust met alle kookgerei die nodig is om een zelfgemaakte maaltijd te bereiden. Zitplaatsen voor 6 personen is beschikbaar in de eetzaal en 2 personen in de ontbijtbar. De hoofdslaapkamer heeft een kingsize bed, de tweede slaapkamer heeft een queensize bed en er is een queensize slaapbank in de woonkamer waardoor deze vakantiewoning comfortabel voor 6 personen kan slapen.

Summerhouse West ligt aan de overkant van het strand, maar dit toestel biedt gasten een direct uitzicht op de Golf vanaf het privébalkon op de Golf. Geniet van een duik in het buitenzwembad of breng tijd door op de pier. Deeded toegang tot het strand is tussen de twee groenblauw huizen. Stapelbare wasmachine en droger in de gang. Geen internet beschikbaar. Maandelijkse huur beschikbaar van oktober tot 1 maart. 1 toegewezen overdekte parkeerplaats.
Dit is een niet-rokers woning. Je moet 25 jaar of ouder zijn om te reserveren. Huisdieren zijn niet toegestaan.

Loved the condo!

The place was nice and clean. Everything looked just like the pictures. Very nicely decorated. Condo is located on the quite end of the beach. This is the place if you want to relax. A short walk across the street to the beach. There's a pool at the property also that was nice. Entertainment is a short drive away. There was one small issue with one of the patios door locks. I called property management and they had someone out in a short period of time to address the issue. Also it doesn't mention stairs in the description of the property. It's two flights of stairs to get to the property and another set inside of the property. It was a little challenging getting the luggage up. Thank goodness we were in shape.

How can you pass up the chance to stay down the quiet West end of a bustling Gulf Shores? We have come for years and seen the area expand, but West Beach is your best bargain for peace, quiet, sunsets that blaze over the Lagoon, and your own private slice of the Gulf Waters! Summer House West offers it all. This HOA community is an established combo of both owners and renters and the pricing is below markets of the other heavily congested areas of this Lovely Village on the Gulf! Summer House West! Get it.

Overall a nice stay

We enjoyed our time in the condo! It’s decorated nicely and the views are stunning from all three balconies. It’s spacious for a 2 bedroom. The walk to the beach was convenient and we had plenty of space to spread out. The pool is clean and nice and we spent a lot of time there. The lagoon side of the property is really great and our kids loved watching the boats and fishermen. The condo itself, however, needs some TLC - mostly just a deep clean. There were several stains/spills on the bathroom walls and they just felt dirty in general. There were a couple bath towels and the sheets on the king bed that were torn and had holes in them. The blender in the kitchen has what looks like rust or mold on the blades. The garbage disposal went out during our stay but maintenance came within a couple hours and it was taken care of. The amenities and location of the property were great - just needs a good once over.

Nice Last Minute Vacation

This was our first time staying in this property. The inside of the unit was as pictured on the website. Overall, we were pleased with the actual rooms. The exterior of the property is in need of some updating. This is an interior unit in the central building (of three) so we felt a little closed in and had little visibility of the outside. The only downside to this unit are the two steep flights of stairs you have to climb to get to to the front door. Once inside you will have another set of stairs up to the bedrooms. This was kinda rough carrying all the luggage and gear. Be warned, there are no elevators! My sons loved the dock and access to fishing in the lagoon. The walk to the beach was not as bad as what we have had some other beach-side resorts. We just missed seeing the beach from our balcony. However, we enjoyed our trip and made some good memories here.

Just as expected

This property was wonderful! We’ve stayed in this complex for the past 5 years and love it. Condo was accurately described and well maintained. There is only ONE true downside which is the WiFi. It’s terrible!

Just like a home away from home! All the benefits of comfort in a quiet, picturesque location. Peaceful lagoon to look out on, beach across the street, and stellar sunsets from the porch.

It was amazing!

The condo was so beautiful! Upon walking in and going to the balcony downstairs, we noticed the door handle was broken. Not sure if they were aware but we weren’t notified that it was broken. Other than that, everything was very clean and neat!

Peaceful

Loved every minute of it, wish we could have stayed another night because two was not enough! Very peaceful and quite, you couldn’t even tell others were staying in the adjoining condos until you seen them around. Condo was very clean and beautifully decorated felt very comfy. Only thing main balcony handles were broken off so we did not have access to it. Luckily two other rooms did have access to balconies . And worked out fine. Other than that I would deff recommend for families to stay and will be returning!

Great to stay with family!

The condo was very clean and had just about everything we needed. The rental facility was very accommodating and great to work with. Great place to stay with a family. Quick easy walk to the beach, it’s far enough down on the stripe to be away from all the noise from the shops but still just a few a few minute drive to get to everything.
