The Colonnades 1401 is a four-bedroom, four-bath Gulf-front condo with STUNNING views from the 14th floor. Located just under a mile east of Hwy. 59 in Gulf Shores, The Colonnades offers convenient access to all local shopping, dining, and attractions.

Unit Features:

• Balcony access is from the living room and the primary bedroom

• Laminate flooring is in the bedrooms and tile flooring is throughout the rest of the unit

• Fully equipped kitchen with everything needed for a home-away-from-home; dining table seats four and there are four barstools for additional seating

• Full-size washer and dryer are inside the unit

• Primary bedroom features a king-size bed with an attached bathroom, including a jetted tub

• Second bedroom has a king-size bed

• Third bedroom has a queen-size bed

• Fourth bedroom has a queen-size bed

• Keyless entry - no waiting in long lines for check-in or check-out

• Parking for a maximum of two cars

• No RVs or trailers allowed

$400 FREE Activities Daily-Guests will receive one complimentary admission to our select activities per day. You can go to every one of these activities every day, and one person will be free per day. Additional guests will pay full price. Admissions are non-cumulative and non-transferable. Unused admissions expire daily.

So yes, you may choose to go fishing in the morning (one person is free), then golf at lunch (one person is free), and then go to the zoo that afternoon (one person is free). Or you may choose to go to the zoo in the morning with the kids (one person is free), and your husband can play golf (one person is free) and then meet that afternoon to go on the dolphin cruise (one person is free.) You may do some or all of these select activities every day, and one of your parties is free every day.

These activities are yours to use if you choose to do so at no additional cost or obligation.

First time to Gulf Shores area and it was extra special because of this location. We loved this condo and the views were simply fabulous. It is nicely decorated, was clean, mattresses were very comfortable, minute issue with dishwasher was promptly repaired, kitchen had everything we required. I’m tall at 5’8” and beds were almost too high for comfortable/safe in/out, so we recommend lowering the beds. Otherwise, everything was wonderful! I’d return without hesitancy.

Overall this unit is amazing! The location is great and easy to access. Security was very helpful when arriving late at night. I'll start with the positives, great location, the balcony was wonderful, it was nice having so many bathrooms. Cons-beware that the master bedroom bed is really tall. It's impossible for elderly and disabled to climb into, the beds are really firm, the refrigerator doesn't keep things cold (there is a note on the refrigerator stating that it does cool and it takes up to 24 hours to cool off so they aware of the issue but it indeed does not cool like normal) not to the point to where the food spoils but you can definitely tell the difference with drinks. The sliding glass door has a hard time closing and takes some work. Even with all the cons, I would definitely stay again just because of the location.

Short Christmas get away with family

My husband, son and I met our 2 daughters and sons-in-law for Christmas and a nice deep sea fishing trip. This 4 bedroom, 4 bathroom condo gave all of us perfect space for perfect togetherness! The views of the ocean from this corner unit were amazing. The sunrise over the pier each morning was spectacular!

Great Trip

This condo blew our minds. We had enough room for all 4 families to have own bedroom/bathroom space. But enough space in living room and decks to enjoy each other's company. The baby loved being able to crawl and look out all the windows. The balcony was spacious enough to fit a pack and play and all of us so we could relax while he played. The elevators did have some problems and was inconvenient once as we had to walk down 14 flights of steps. But they were quick to get it fixed so when we got back we didn't have to walk back up! My only recommendation is to provide enough supplies for the stay. We only were there for 3 nights and had to make 2 trips to Walmart for supplies. I would have rather paid extra for supplies than make the trips to Walmart. Maybe make bags to purchase with the supplies then guest can decide what they would rather do. Buy from you or shop. Each bathroom needs 1 roll of toilet paper per night of stay. The kitchen needs 1 wash cloth and 1 towel per night of stay. It needs dish tabs and dish soap per night of stay. Either needs more bathroom towels and wash cloths or detergent to wash. We also did not have a broom. These are only recommendation to make this place even better! We loved our stay and will be back!

We had a rough start had to wait 30 minutes for our unit to be cleaned then they only left 1 parking pass received a knock at the door at 10pm by a security guard that said our vehicle would be towed if we didn’t get the parking pass called at 8am the next morning it took 3 phone calls to get a parking pass I waited in the unit for 2 hrs

Nice place, great location

Let me start by saying overall this place was nice. Customer service through the booking place was amazing and fast. Place is starting to show some wear and tear. Some of the blinds are missing/don’t work, went to pull my phone charger out and the cover and outlet almost came with it, little things like that. There is nothing provided so be prepared to buy everything you need. I’m used to places like this having at least basic spices and tin foil type things in the kitchen There weren’t even extra blankets or towels so we had to do wash often (which we had to buy our own soap to do) and we had to go buy some lap blankets because there were no extra to use. Advertisement was also wrong there was no indoor pool which was super disappointing since it wasn’t always the warmest while we were there. They did try to make up for it but that was a big deciding factor for us to choose this place. Overall it was a nice place but not one we would go back to.
