Gulf House 402- OMG The View! Adorable, Beach Front Condo! Updated!

Gulf House #402 is nestled in a low-density complex, meaning no long waits on the elevator. The Gulf House complex offers a wonderful swimming pool, with lots of lounging chairs, a covered area beside the pool, picnic tables by the provided charcoal grills, private beach access with and outdoor shower, and a coin operated laundry facility.

Come stay with us in this Gorgeously decorated and updated home including beautiful beadboard ceilings, gorgeous tile flooring, granite counter tops, stainless appliances, glazed tile backsplash, pendant and recessed lighting, amazing tile walk in shower, beautiful shiplap walls in the bathrooms, clean & cozy furniture, all bundled together in your favorite beachy colors! The Primary Bedroom hosts a Plush King Size Bed, Large screen Smart TV, an amazing Beach View, and a private full bathroom with a tiled walk-in shower. Guest Bedroom #1 presents a Queen Size Bed and a Smart TV. Guest Bedroom #2 hosts another Queen Size Bed and a Smart TV. Guest 1 & 2 both share the main full bathroom, with a shower/ tub combo, just off the hallway. The Living Area entails a relaxing recliner, small side chair, a large Sleeper Sofa (extra sleeping), and a Large Screen, Smart TV for watching the games! The Kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need to create a full meal to feed the hungry family. And don't forget, take your coffee from the provided coffee/ k-cup machine, or favorite beverage, out on the balcony to watch the beach activity and enjoy the sounds of the waves.

Beach Access: As of 10/7/2025: Please be advised that the beach access at this condo is unavailable until further notice. All visitors must use the beach access point between the Whaler and Lighthouse condo complexes. This is only a short walk, one complex over. We hope this will resolve quickly. The association and Celebrity apologize for any inconvenience.

** The complex is in between Cable/ Satellite providers a of February 5th, 2025. There are 2 Roku devices provided in the meantime.

**Beach Chairs & Umbrellas: Sometimes guests leave behind chairs and toys they have purchased. If they are clean and in good condition, we will leave them for the next guests. Or, these items are fairly inexpensive and can be purchased at most local stores.

**All Bed Linens and Bath Towels are provided. A full list of what is provided and suggestions to bring will be emailed to you upon booking.

**Admin Fee and Processing (credit card) fee are non-refundable after booking.

**WINTER MONTHLY RESERVATIONS/ SNOWBIRDS (November, December, January & February) -Monthly Rates are available upon request. These rates are not advertised. We prefer full month reservations from the First to the First.
