Clean, bright and spacious home near the beach!

Spacious and bright 3 bed/2 bath home just half a mile from the beach and 3 minutes from the Island View casino. Come feel at home while you enjoy all the the Mississippi Gulf Coast has to offer.

We have beds for 7 people but can accommodate 8 as we have a comfortable couch in the living room. The living room, master bedroom and back bedroom all have Smart TVs in them so you're able to sign into whichever streaming subscription you have.

We offer an early check-in at 1:00 PM instead of 3:00 PM or a late check-out at 1:00 PM instead of 11:00 AM for an additional fee of $20 per request.

Overall great stay, nice home, owners respond promptly and accommodated a late check-out. Walls are not heavily insulated, so you can hear everything.

Other than occasional train a very quite peaceful place, close to beach. Great beds, floor is spongy in spots but think its a lamenting and leveling issue, not soft support. All in all a very cozy charming place. Would rent again.

We went for one night for a concert at the coliseum. The place was spotless. A/C works like a beast!! Room to move with 8 of us staying there. Train is loud when it passes but not horrible. We will stay again for concerts for sure.

The train was very loud and kept us up all night. The kids thought the neighborhood was scary but I told them that’s just what Gulfport looks like. I was not surprised with the neighborhood. The house was as actually larger than I thought and very clean. We had 4 teenagers and myself and could have easily fit at least 3 more. Very clean.

House was cute inside, clean, lots of nice linen, flooring is newer but underneath sagging in spots and soft Older neighbor hood, rundown on a lot of property Hostess was extremely nice and helpful. Television is streaming only and very slow down loading. Close to all casinos Trains coming thru during the night, railroad tracks across the street

Great little house. Our family enjoyed it and the location was perfect for us. The only downfall is it is attached to a one bedroom apartment and the occupants fought all night and we heard everything like it was in our room (back bedroom).

The household was very spacious, they have everything they enlisted on the property. Wasn’t to far from where we had plan for a vacation. Easy access to get home with passcode, and will answer to you in a very timely manner.

It was an easy check in. The house was very clean and felt like home away from home. The kitchen pretty much has everything you need to cook. There's a bar b q grill in the yard. The bathrooms were stocked with towels and the necessities needed. They had a train that came through regularly and there's a door at the back that leads to more people staying but we didn't have a problem with them at all. Good location for the beach, Wal-Mart, stores etc.

If you want that ten minutes away experience. This is the place where you can be at the beach in two minutes. You can be at the Aquarium in three minutes and at the mall in five. This is near everything the Gulfport has to offer.

This property was very nice. We were not that far away from the beach and heading toward the Hardrock Casino was a straight shoot. The managers communication was amazing. Any question I had they answered.
