Wonderful loft and location!

I can’t say enough good things about this listing! It was perfect for my family of 4! The location is ideal… close to the beach, close to restaurants, but felt very secluded and safe! If we are ever back in Gulfport- I will definitely stay here again!!

It was okay but could have been better.

The listing was a bit wrong. The master bedroom only has a queen. The bed in the other room is the king. The beds are super uncomfortable and it was super hot and ac was not good.

Seagrass is a gem!

This was my first experience with VRBO, so I was a bit apprehensive. But I found Seagrass Luxury Loft in my initial search and was not disappointed at all. The space itself was beautiful and spacious with a great balcony area for early morning coffee. And talk about a great location! Just steps to great eating and the beach. Communication with the manager was excellent. I was able to get in with the keypad code with no issues.

Great place!

Seagrass was a beautiful upstairs loft. Just enough space for two couples. Exceptionally clean, the loft was updated and decorated quite lovely. The beds were very comfortable as well. The outside deck was a perfect size for four people and nice area to enjoy a beverage and the Gulf’s cool breeze. Great location!

Great place & great location!

This was an absolutely perfect place for my husband and I to visit his home town and attend the Second St Mardi Gras parade with friends! It was so clean and perfectly decorated! We really enjoyed the porch for reading and a cocktail! And location, location, location. We will definitely book again in the future since we try to get to Gulfport several times a year.... thanks so much!

Perfect location and accommodations

This property was exactly if not better than the pictures, actually better than the pictures. It is a loft above the owner's three car garage, so there is no elevator but not a lot of stairs (in my opinion). A train does come through, this is no fault of the management company, the train has to blow its horn to warn those that are not paying attention that it is coming through. If you are a light sleeper, this may disturb you. I only heard the train once and slept through the other occurrences. Someone mentioned that the loft gets hot. We didn't experience that and we stayed during Memorial Day weekend. I love a cold house but had to turn the thermostat up to 73 (which is unheard of in my house in Texas, we keep it at 69/70) because it got a little chilly. Pros: 1) Two parking spaces were provided for our car and our daughter and son-in-law's car. 2) Two bedrooms and two bathrooms 3) Lovely balcony to sip your coffee or tea on and enjoy the breeze in the morning 4) Close to all of the eateries and beach in Gulfport 5) Great and safe neighborhood (according to family that lived in Gulfport) 6) Great and fast communication from the property manager Cons: None - we had a very pleasant stay and if we are in Gulfport again, this is where we will try to stay.

Great Location

Enjoyed the location of this property in reference to beach and restaurants and the amenities at the property. The owner is very nice. There are really no true negatives except that heat rises to the top and the property is upstairs and the AC unit does not cool it properly. I had the thermostat set to 72 but the unit remained at 77 degrees. This was during a seasonably cool spring weekend in Gulfport where I grew up.
