'The hotel is wonderful and also the staff is very very friendly!! One little remark, if you don’t take continental breakfast everything is 10£ more per portion… I mean, the rooms are not that cheap for Warrington, then an egg should be included in my opinion! '

There is no reception desk, so be sure to have the code to gain entry to the building and your room. Having to enter the same code 4 times was annoying, and a bit difficult at night in low light, but the keyless system works.
I was lucky to have a corner suite and found it very comfortable and clean. The toiletries were also nice.
If I were to return to Warrington again, I would like to stay there again. '

'Meerdere keren in dit hotel verbleven , goed eten, echter minstens 6 haren in bed, maar 1 stel handdoeken , en geen vloermat. Na doorgeven kregen we een andere kamer. Die bleek niet schoongemaakt. Volgende kamer, was schoon en goed. Kan gebeuren, maar het personeel geeft je het gevoe alsof het je eigen schuld is. Dat kan niet. Volgende ochtend weer een chagrijnige dame bij het ontbijt. The staff were very accommodating and helpful. Our twins have complex additional support needs and staff went out of their way to ensure everything went smoothly for them. I was met by the owners outside it, which i liked, as it gave my arrival a nice personal touch. They were very friendly, and made me feel at home from the start. After this, I wasnt bothered again, but they made sure to let me know that they could be called upon, if necessary.
