I booked a trip for family and selected pay at property. They charged my card before anyone from my party arrived. Charged multiple cards. One room and an alarm going off so moved room. Was charged for both rooms. Front desk can’t reverse charges. Only manager who never seems to be there can. Thousands charged to two different cards with zero effort to get refunded. They state only Expedia can refund. Expedia has made every effort to contact hotel. And because it was pay at property Expedia can’t make refund. Only hotel. This place was the worst hotel experience I’ve had. Please do not stay here.

Accidentally entered the wrong day in my reservation. The hotel charged my room. Tried to work with the management and they stated they couldn't change my date due to booking through expedite. Said I could get another room for correct night just had to pay again they wouldn't try to just trade the day of my room or get my money back

This hotel was great. I loved that it is just out of town. It is safe, convenient, clean and the staff is fantastic. I stayed there one night and just stayed two more nights while visiting Gunnison. Im so busy, I haven't had a chance to visit the pool and hot tub yet. I would recommend this hotel to anyone. Enjoy!

The staff was helpful and responsive. Lobby was nice and breakfast was fine (the "hot" items were make-your-own waffles and cold breakfast sandwiches which you microwave yourself). Room looked "antique" with cleanliness leaving much to desire. Wi-Fi signal was weak and cut off often.

I'm so sad to say, I would not and do not plan to stay at this property again. The heating didn't work and after 3 complaints to the front desk, I ended up having to pack up leave to return home at 10 pm on the night of my stay! It was simply too cold and there weren't any front desk or maintenance people available to help move me to a working, heated room. Add to that the thin walls and the (love-making) noises easily pouring through (I could literally hear full conversations spoken in regular/ not loud tones of voice). This was especially sad since it was my one birthday present to "get-away" and alone to reflect/read/journal in a local hotel room. I chose The Inn @ Tomichi over other hotels, due to location and price point. Without proper heat or quiet, I am grieved to say, I was unable to sleep and had to return home in great disappointment.

We stayed here over 10 years ago and were very impressed, so the choice was clear when we were looking for accommodations in the Gunnison area again. The value is outstanding overall, but we think the rooms could be cleaned a little better.

Good value hotel at edge of Gunnison. Spacious room was a pleasant surprise. Breakfast was adequate. Pool/hot tub could use a facelift, hot tub was lukewarm at best.
