Obsessie bij River Rocks Plantation

Deel onze "obsessie" over het prachtige Lake Guntersville, ze is een uniek architectonisch juweeltje.
De perfecte locatie om verjaardagen, verjaardagen en romantische ontsnappingen te vieren.
Het huis met 2 slaapkamers en 2 badkamers biedt uitzicht op het meer vanuit elke stoel in de open woonkamer, evenals vanaf de overdekte veranda en de slaapkamer aan de voorkant.
River Rocks Plantation is een gemeenschap die een zwembad, vuurplaats en een stadspark biedt met toegang tot een boothelling aan de overkant van de straat.
Je enige beperking zal je verbeelding zijn, want je kunt genieten van fietsen, wandelen, wateractiviteiten, gezelligheid of gewoon een luie dag doorbrengen met lezen of luisteren naar de regen die op het tinnen dak valt.

Property is lovely. Clean and as advertised. The WiFi network referenced in the home manual did not exist. Texted the property manager, got a fairly quick response, but then crickets. Finally found the existing network and password on the side of the router. Not a huge issue…but consistent communication would have been nice.

We stayed here during a baseball tournament for several days. Typically would go with a hotel, but thought we would give this a shot. Glad we did! Communications with the owner were prompt, the property was fantastic, as well as the location. Will definitely stay here again!

Girls Trip - Rock the South

The house itself was super cute and in a quiet area. We loved the screened in back porch. Communication was non existent while we were there from property management. Upon check in each restroom only had 1/2 roll of toilet paper, only what paper towels that were on the roll, only the 1 trash bag that was in the kitchen can, and no detergent to run the dishwasher. I reached out to management during my stay and still have not heard back. They need to supply a little extra of the necessities or tell guests that they are required to bring their own if that is what is expected. Overall a good experience but the communication and lack of supplies was frustrating considering the cost of the house for the 4 day weekend.

I was in town for work at a more remote town just south of there and didn’t find many hotels online with reputable consistent reviews so I booked here and was oh so pleasantly surprised. It is a property ran by a real estate agent. However, the initial email was more than enough communication and came very timely. It is a brand new community and home. The view is perfect. It is proximal to the local grocery store, restaurants, lake, and shopping. The home is spotless. Screened porch was the cherry on top! For those that want to know (As of 4/5/23): - Yes Coffee pot and not Keurig. - No Personal Wash/Shampoo/Conditioner - Yes Hair dryers and hand soap - Yes lighters, wine bottle openers, dish soap The location couldn’t be any more perfectly located near a store for this not to impact your stay should you forget your own toiletries. Vibe: This town is a tourist lake town known for fishing tournaments and getaways….From golf to hiking to water play, there is something for everyone. Comparable to Broken Bow, OK (if you have experienced there before) except more residential-like.

Nice Little Get-a-way!

Property was nice in a very quiet setting. Not a lot going on in mid-September. We visited the State Park Lodge, Cathedral Caverns, and City Harbor. That was enough to do for the 3 days we spent at property.

Another great stay!

This is the second time that we have stayed at this home. We were in town for a baseball tournament in Albertville. The home was great, and the pool area was perfect for our team luncheon. The only minor nuisance was all of the new construction around us, but it was not too bad. We will certainly be back!

Three friends getting away

We wanted an opportunity to get away for a couple of days and relax. The house was perfect. The view divine. Went to the Guntersville museum and learned a lot about the city. Ate at top of the river. . . So much food. Was delicious and very close to the house . . .walking distance. Enjoyed the water. Everything we needed was in the kitchen to make breakfast and one dinner. Perfect. Would stay there again.

Lake gunthersville in the fall y’all

We had a fantastic weekend at Obsession in River Rock at lake Gunthersville. The house was spotless, comfortable and well designed. Loved the location — great access to everything. We enjoyed the lake walk path and took some wonderful and scenic walks along the lake.

Awesome stay

Obsession is absolutely perfect. The home and the views are even better than depicted in the pictures. We were in town for a baseball tournament for our son. Obsession is very conveniently located and close to the ballpark. Six families from the baseball team all rented homes in this development, and we all loved it. We will be back next year!

Fishing trip family of 4

Girls' Get-Away was a success!

We had a fabulous time! The four of us were impressed with the furnishings, decorations, comfortable beds and beautiful bathrooms. The kitchen was well-appointed with everything we needed for our Girls' Get-Away! We enjoyed coffee on the front porch, swinging on the community swinging beds, walking in the neighborhood, cooking in and going out to dinner. If it was a little cooler, we would have enjoyed the community fire pit-we'll do that next time! We even watched a movie on the Smart TV! Beautiful view of Lake Guntersville! Very relaxing weekend!

This property was very clean and exactly as described on VRBO.

My daughter and I took a "girls get a way" and stayed in your lovely home. We walked around the lake and also into the adjoining neighborhood. During our time we played games, ate at a local restaurant "Rock House Eatery" (which I highly recommend) and relaxed on the porch. We never went out to the "fire pit" which was lit every night. It looked so inviting but was cold while we were there. We will definitely return!
