'What hotel in this world does not have landline phones. Not even a landline. Phone to call down to the front desk. It was very strange. This is the first time in my life I’ve ever been to a hotel that did not have a phone to call the front desk.'

'An employee came banging on the door at 5 am demanding that I pay to fix his mistake. He claimed he only charged me 15$ for the room. As I was half asleep, I handed him my card to take care of it. He came back saying he charged me for 2 days instead of the one. Then I realized he had the wrong room. They refunded it, but it was insanity for that to happen'

'Recently stayed here while attending a wedding. The property has a new feel to it, which made us excited. When checking in, the staff were very friendly and the process went quickly. The room was quite clean. All new appliances. However, the interior is a bit confused. The kitchen has a stove/fridge/microwave, but all of the cupboards are empty. The beds are on the firm side and there are no spare pillows or blankets. No closet or hangers for hanging clothes, no irons/ironing boards in...

'Breakfast was good and plenty of free parking. Bed was comfortable and slept well. '
