'The apartments are new but need more attention and repairs. The shower had water up only and could not be turned down because the piece was broken. The bathroom door handle needs to be repaired. Some electrical outlets are not working... The location is great, 7 minutes walk to Hagia Sophia Mosque. All services and brands are available around you and only minutes walk away... The staff are very friendly and respectful.'

'Ik ben met mijn vriendin voor het eerst naar Trabzon geweest. Onze verblijf was bij Uzer Otel. Het Hotel was perfect qua locatie, hygiëne, personeel en de ontbijt. Ibrahim (eigenaar van het hotel) was heel erg gastvrij en aardig. In de avond van ons aankomst in het hotel wilde ik graag vis gaan eten. Hij heeft ons met zijn auto naar een heel goede vis restaurant gebracht. Hij regelde alle excursies voor ons om van het omgeving te mogen genieten. Hij was perfect man.

Rooms have private laundry machine, clothes rack, iron, ironing board, dishwasher and full size refrigerator. This place is like renting a full blown apartment flat.'

'The service was perfect and the suite was spacious. Its location is close to the sea (walking distance) as well as the meydan. Also, there were many shops within walking distance. Finally, Gardenya Suites had a parking area to park our car in and they took care of the parking for us. Their free breakfast was delicious and their staff was quite friendly and helpful. I would definitely stay there again.'

'It is a wonderful luxury hotel very central We had a great stay”, we had two connecting rooms which were large and comfortable.. A big bowel mand water waiting for us. We did not have time to use the facility, but they had Turkish bath and spa option. Highly recommend it. The only thing is I would ask for non-smoking room'
