Modern attic for up to 8 people

Our spacious attic apartment with a balcony is located in a quiet area with convenient access to transportation in Haiger-Flammersbach. The state border with North Rhine-Westphalia is just a few hundred meters away. The center of Haiger is only about 2.5 km away, allowing you to enjoy both peace and quiet and urban amenities. It takes about 10 minutes to reach the A45 Haiger/Burbach highway.

The apartment can accommodate up to 7 people.

The apartment was completely renovated and furnished in 2024. It features a new, modern built-in kitchen.

The living, dining, and kitchen areas have been designed to be open and bright. You’ll find everything you need for a pleasant stay here.

The large bedroom offers 3 sleeping spots (0.90 m x 2 m). The single beds can also be pushed together to form a double bed.

In the small bedroom, you’ll find a single bed (0.90 m x 2 m), a desk, and a sleeper sofa (1.40 m x 2 m).

The sofa bed in the living room provides an additional sleeping option. (1.40 m x 2 m) The sofa beds are suitable for long-term use.

The apartment includes a parking space directly on the property. If you are arriving with multiple vehicles, there is a small public parking lot (free of charge) in the immediate vicinity, across the street.

The windows in the bedrooms have roller shutters, allowing you to darken the room even during the day.

The new built-in kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, oven, induction cooktop, refrigerator with freezer, coffee maker, toaster, microwave, and electric kettle.

In the living area, you can use the 65-inch curved Smart TV with cable and internet connections. The sound comes through a sound system to which you can also connect your mobile devices via Bluetooth. You can use our Wi-Fi throughout the entire apartment.

The bathroom features a walk-in shower. A hair dryer, toilet paper, soap, and shower gel are provided.

A washing machine is available in the basement.

Contactless check-in via a key box is available.

This is a non-smoking apartment. An ashtray is available on the balcony. Unfortunately, this apartment is not suitable for pets.
