Onze nieuwe volledig ingerichte luxe villa met 5 slaapkamers is uitgerust volgens de hoogste standaard en alles wat u nodig heeft voor uw perfecte droomvakantie is hier inclusief beddengoed, handdoeken en keukengerei. Er is voldoende accommodatie voor 2 tot 10 personen, dus het is ideaal voor 2 families om te delen en te genieten. Het is ook perfect voor 1 gezin om zich te verspreiden en comfortabel te ontspannen!

Er is veel zorg en aandacht besteed aan de keuze van meubels en inrichting om u de hoogste normen en comfort te bieden, thuis ver van huis.

De twee uitstekende ruime slaapkamers zijn elk voorzien van: kingsize bedden, Smart HD-tv's, inloopkasten, dubbele wastafels en en-suite badkamers.

De ruime, goed ontworpen lounge is groot genoeg voor twee ruime banken en een enkele stoel.

Een prachtig, met gas verwarmd zwembad met ingebouwde spa, uitgebreid pooldeck en opgewaardeerd meubilair is het toppunt van luxe, zodat u kunt relaxen en ontspannen na een leuke dag in de parken of golfen. Het hele zwembad is volledig afgeschermd en heeft een prachtig uitzicht over een grote retentievijver. Het zwembad krijgt de hele dag zon met prachtige zonsondergangen. Om het allemaal te bedekken, er is een uitgebreid overdekt gemeubileerd Lanai (terras) gebied en met een eigen plafondventilator - onvervalste luxe als aanvulling op de perfecte vakantie.

Er is een speelkamer met een grote pooltafel, Fus Ball-tafel en airhockeytafel en heel veel zwembadspeelgoed.

De volledig ingerichte keuken is voorzien van koelkast met vriesvak, vaatwasser, fornuis, magnetron en alle benodigde apparatuur, bestek, borden etc. Er is een wasruimte met grote wasmachine, wasdroger, strijkijzer en stofzuiger.

De villa is voorzien van airconditioning en extra plafondventilatoren in de woonkamer en slaapkamers.

Er is een kluis aanwezig, zodat u uw paspoorten, vliegtickets etc. kunt opslaan. Een gratis kinderwagen, kinderstoel en kinderbedje is aanwezig.

Er is een vriendelijk en lokaal beheerbedrijf aanwezig om vragen te beantwoorden of hulp te bieden.

Comfortable like home

This house has a lovely pool which was our highlight for the stay. While I wouldn't call it "luxury" as the description says, it was comfortable like our home and had everything we needed. (To me, luxury is new and updated and has a personal service at my every beck and call.). Having a laundry room during our stay was also a wonderful plus. The house is close to Walmart and we easily ordered Door Dash as well. The house was centrally located as we drove all over central Florida. The kids also enjoyed the game room. Thank you for sharing your home with us.

Escape from Michigan winter

We got to this area of Florida annually for spring break, primarily to get away from the grayness of the long Michigan winter. We stayed 7 days at this property and had a great experience. The first several days were very hot (which we loved) but I’d did overload the community power grid and the entire area lost power for about three hours. I informed the property manager and they replied immediately with an estimated time of restoration. This happens at home in the summer so I didn’t find this to be unusual. Power was restored sooner than the estimation and we continued on with our vacation. We enjoyed the heated pool and spa everyday. We were sad to leave.

Second Visit to this house!

This was the second time we stayed at this house in Haines City. We had one of our daughters' family also stay for a week. The house is perfect for a larger family and the pool and spa is amazing...everyone loved it! The pool table and especially the Air Hockey was a BIG go to in the evenings. I loved being there -it is the perfect distance to the Gulf and also to Daytona Beach, which we did. We also need to thank John for allowing us to stay 2 extra days at the last minute when the storm hit north of Florida and we couldn't find a way to drive through it to get to Minnesota!!!

Great stay

Stayed for a week as we wanted to be centrally located to spring training ball games, Disney and the space coast to view a rocket launch. House more than met our needs with a pool, games room and fully equipped kitchen. Beds were comfortable. Close to lots of restaurants and stores. Quiet neighborhood. Only “issue” was the amount of traffic on the Florida highways. Build extra time into your travel during peak periods. Host was great with communication and gave us a very detailed explanation of all property amenities. Would definitely stay here again if our travels bring us back to the area.

Everything looked like the pictures. Convenience to major highway but far enough away to be quiet. Walmart was literally around the corner for our grocery and beverage needs. We had the pool heated and even though the weather was cool it was used a lot. Hot tub was awesome! Games room was well used. We had a couple of things that needed attention and I was SO impressed with Becky!! She handled everything so quickly and pleasantly. Every service person that came by for pool and yard maintenance was friendly and not intrusive at all. We have already booked for next year. Thank you John. We really enjoyed your property,

Best Place Ever!!!

This location was absolutely amazing! The home both inside and out were clean and well maintained. There is an open field located behind the home that was large enough for our children to play. Neighbors were very friendly and I will definitely be returning.

Amazing holiday home

We were a party of 7 adults who thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property. It was in a great location within a gated community and the fact that it was not overlooked at all meant that everyone enjoyed using the pool in privacy. All of the rooms were a great size and very comfortable. One of the added advantages was the vast choice of food delivery options available to us. After a hard days theme parking, nobody really felt like cooking! 2 of our party were keen fishermen and the fishing in tower lake didn’t disappoint. I would definitely recommend this property to both adult only parties and also parties with children as the well equipped games room caters for all.

Location was perfect for us, not overlooked, quiet at night. We were out most of the days, pool perfect when we got back. John very responsive & easy to deal with. No real negatives other than floors a little grubby on arrival but we soon sorted that. Totally recommend this place if you have kids, games room is great and pool perfect. Top tip we paid extra for jacuzzi and pool heating it really worked for us

Great getaway

My family and I had a wonderful stay at this villa. Everything was clean, easy to find and furniture is comfortable. We loved the pool spa patio area. The game room was a great addition to have for the adults to hang out separate from the little kids (especially at nap time). My three year old could get in and out of pool and spa without assistance and the pool has a child gate for when we didn't want him getting to the pool. Overall great time, we will definitely stay again.

The house was perfect! It was big enough, the pool was AMAZING, the heating was well worth the extra cost for us! Minimal issues, but when an issue did arise, the property management company was super friendly and helpful! Would absolutely recommend this property!
