Welkom op de fabelachtige Duinen Hof Villa aan de Southern Dunes Golf & Country Club.

Verwen jezelf met een gerenoveerde (augustus 2016), ruime, luxe en moderne villa aan de Southern Dunes - In het hart van Florida - centraal in alles.
Minuten van golf, pretparken en winkelen.

Onze moderne en mooie 4 slaapkamer Scandinavische luxe woning is gelegen op het prachtige en rustige gemeenschap van Southern Dunes Golf en Country Club. Dit afgelegen tropisch paradijs beschikt over een stijlvolle en moderne accommodatie voor 8 + gasten en is net onlangs gerenoveerd met luxe materialen en in absolute topconditie. Hier kunt u genieten van de 4 Star spectaculaire golfbaan of geniet van de zon terwijl spatten rond in uw prive-zwembad.

De ruime familiekamer heeft 2 dining gebieden en mooi ontspannen hoek met een 55 "grote flatscreen-tv. De open plattegrond geeft u genoeg off ruimte om te ontspannen met vrienden en familie. Een volledig uitgeruste en goed gevulde keuken met eetbar dat al uw diner behoeften dekt. Alle granieten aanrecht en bovenkant van de range roestvrij stalen apparaten.

De twee grote slaapkamers bieden kingsize bedden, een met kijkt uit over het zwembad en een eigen ruim badkamer en een grote walk in closet. De tweede slaapkamer kijkt uit op de voortuin en een eigen badkamer. De 2 andere slaapkamers bieden queen bed en twee aparte bedden en ingebouwde kasten. De 3e badkamer diensten van de 2 queen / twin slaapkamers met W / C en douche. Alle slaapkamers biedt grote flatscreen-TV's.

De ruime-scherm gesloten terras en het zwembad met een prachtig uitzicht op de 12e fairway van de golfbaan is een waar genot met een grote gerenoveerde zwembad, zithoek, flatscreen-tv, BBQ grille en terrasverwarming. Het zwembad kan worden verwarmd indien nodig.

Southern Dunes Golf en Country Club is gesloten gemeenschap met rustige en veilige omgeving die kinderspeelplaats, gemeenschappelijke zwembaden, een tennisbaan, een fitnesscentrum, restaurant, bar en de bekroonde Southern Dunes Golf cursus omvat. Er zijn vele restaurants in de buurt, en 2 grote supermarkten gunstig gelegen aan de voorzijde van de gemeenschap - Wal-Mart & Winn Dixie (loopafstand). Er zijn veel winkelcentra in de buurt voor alle leeftijden en smaken.

Wifi, bedlinnen, handdoeken, kabel-tv en telefoon is inbegrepen in je verblijf.

Onze villa is eigendom van een familie en wij begrijpen het belang van elk detail dat uw vakantie een succes zal maken. Heerlijk huis op erg fijn park in mooie omgeving

Met de familie verbleven in een mooi schoon net huis. Mooi ingericht. Fijne bedden. Veel handdoeken etc. Super!! Klein minpunt: bij het zwembad zou de plantenhoek vervangen moeten worden door zithoek. Daar nagenieten laatste zon met een wijntje. Dan helemaal top!!!

Lovely cost effective Orlando stay with amazing pool area

Great from the start, with really good communications, listing exactly matching the property and everything clean and tidy. Very safe neighbour too. Pool area great, with outside TV perfect for watching sports whilst the kids swim. Kitchen modern, with modern appliances. Walmart walkable, but you'll need a car to get anywhere, which is standard in Orlando (well most of America really). For the price, there is nowhere better to stay, very cost effective for what you get.

Beautiful property in a great spot.

Waking up and having my coffee watching the sun rise over the golf course behind our property was a lovely first morning. We spent 90% of our time in the pool or on the patio, it was a perfect Florida experience. With great seating and a TV outside to catch up on the news or watch a movie we had no reason to be inside. The primary king bedroom had access to the patio through sliders or through the ensuite which was great for quick bathroom trips or to come in and change out of your bathing suit. Very convenient. The kitchen has everything we needed and was open to the living room so the cook could still be part of the conversation. Despite being in a quiet golf community you are close to everything you need. Shopping is minutes away. Gate security was very friendly and professional and made coming and going quick and easy once you check in the first day. Great wifi let us stay in touch. There is a welcome binder with all the info you need about the facilities. All in all a lovely stay and this property would definitely be a repeat stay if we are coming back to the area.

The house was big enough for 6 people. I would have liked it to be a little cleaner and with supplies provided by owner, I would have cleaned it better. The security system never worked. The toilets need flapper replacements as they run more than they should and waste water. In the front bedroom there is some ceiling dust falling (we think an animal in the attic). I also saw bugs in the kitchen when I woke up. I believe roaches, but I’m not sure. The back pool was wonderful and furniture was great. We loved the tv outside and spent most days there. There are two outside heaters, but we didn’t need to use them as the weather was decent for February. For seniors, we had a hard time getting up from the living room sofas and the beds. Too low to the floor, but comfortable. Would be nice to have a recliner in the living room instead of the two wicker chairs. The kitchen was supplied with all we needed. All in all, the house was comfortable. If the little things are taken care of, we would recommend it highly.

The house is lovely and quiet. It was great to relax over the holiday. Separate rooms and bathrooms made the stay easy. Close access to grocery stores and restaurants. I especially enjoyed watching the sunrise each morning overlooking the pool and golf course.

A pleasurable Florida stay

The home is just as beautiful as the photos show. Having the two dining locations was a bonus for our group as well as the three full baths. The layout was great and no one felt like they were atop each other. We were here for IM Florida 70.3 and the location to the event and grocery/liquor/dining out was close and plentiful. However, we cooked a lot from home and enjoyed the gas grill and outdoor eating area where a TV is located up on the wall. (It’s beautiful sitting out here at night) The kitchen is well stocked with cooking items, coffee maker, blender, and adult beverage glasses. We tried the pool but it was too chilly for us in Dec. Quiet neighborhood with security. The owner is responsive to any questions. Would highly recommend.
