Idyllisch resort op een mooi eiland voor rif
Mooi resort, heel lekker eten , heel veel keus, mooie all inclusive . Het eiland is niet groot maar goed georganiseerd en heerlijk om te relaxen. Massage wel vrij duur 180 dollar voor 2 voor 1u30 en dit is een kortingsprijs van 50 % voor de eerste 2 dagen.

This was one of the best trips we've ever made, not just the destination and people we met, but also thanks to the hotel and some of its staff who really made a difference during our 2 week stay. The beds were excellent (for somebody who had back surgery 3 times). The WIFI was nearly everywhere (even router in the room) and of better quality than most other destinations we've been. They organized 2 free snorkelling trips by boat per day and you get to see rays, turtles, sharks,.. although they even come near the floating bar and bungalows! The food is delicious, mostly spicy and oriental, but also daily choices of regular western food for those (like me) who don't fancy spicy (roast beef, lamb, duck,..). Special thanks to: Azif (our young friendly restaurant waiter), Prianka and Ramesh, 2 extraordinary bartenders (try their special!) and Haki (receptionist and snorkelling guide). Not sure how many visitors pay the full price but we certainly got a great discount else couldn't afford to come there! I believe the pricing of excursions and other extras (like the spa) are excessive (even for western standards) and would attract much more customers if significantly lowered (never saw anyone in the spa). Anyway, it doesn't affect the rating which in our mind is near perfect!

They do exist: fantastic hotel at bounty island
As we would probably visit the Maldives once in our lifetimes, we decided to make it a unique experience by booking a hotel located at an atol which could only be reached by waterplane. We selected the Cinnamon Hakuraa Huraa and were very happy with our choice. The atol is about a one hour flight from the waterplane airport and the views from the sky when flying there are breathtaking. The waterplane transfer costs you a significant amount of money and reservations are to be made through the hotel. The hotel is notified by the airline about your arrival and staff will be awaiting you at the pier. Usually you're the only ones in the plane going there, so check-in goes fast and smooth. Apart from the Cinnamon there are no other buildings at the atol. Water and land bungalows are fantastic, but the 'floor window' and 'pool/sea exit' at the water bungalow are added bonuses. Rooms are well maintained and spotless. Dinner, lunch as well as breakfast are in buffet style. You will be allocated a table during your stay. Food is of good quality and there's sufficient choice. The Cinnamon decided on an all-inclusive formula. However, f.i. a cappucino is not included nor an iced coffee. We do understand that there are exceptions for alcoholic beverages, but for such common ones?!

Heerlijke snorkel-/zonvakantie!
Waterbungalow is zeer schoon en van alle gemakken voorzien. Mooie lagune als voortuin. Eten is zeer goed en elke dag ruime keuze, voor ieder wat wils. Jammer dat men bij de receptie zo slecht Engels spreekt. De obers spreken het beter. Mensen zijn erg vriendelijk. Zowel gratis als betaalde snorkeltrips zijn een aanrader.

Wir hatten eine wunderschöne Honeymoon im Cinnamon Hakuraa Huraa. Alle waren so aufmerksam und zuvorkommend, es wurde uns jeder Wunsch erfüllt. Wir hatten für den gesamten Aufenthalt eine Wasservilla und würden sie jedes Mal wieder nehmen. Hier geht aufgrund der direkten Lage am Meer immerhin ein bisschen Wind, sodass es sich bei den heißen und schwülen Temperaturen super aushalten lässt. Zudem kann man direkt ins Wasser und super schnorcheln, sodass wir sogar unmittelbar vor unserer Villa tausende Fische, Korallen, Rochen und sogar eine Schildkröte gesehen haben. Unser Room Boy Fayyaaz hat mit seiner lustigen und unterhaltsamen Art und Weise dafür gesorgt, dass unser Zimmer jederzeit sauber und ordentlich war. Er hat uns kleine Überraschungen gemacht und war jederzeit gut gelaunt und sehr freundlich. Das Essen ist super vielseitig, eine riesige Auswahl und alles sehr frisch und immer heiß. Das Essen durften wir die gesamte Zeit über in erster Reihe direkt am Strand mit Blick aufs Meer genießen und unser Kellner Saleem, der uns während unseres Aufenthalts bedient hat, war sehr aufmerksam, freundlich und zuvorkommend. Wir haben noch nicht gesessen, da hatte er uns schon Getränke gebracht, hat immer gefragt wie es uns geht und ob wir zufrieden sind. Im Mandura Spa haben wir verschiedene Massagen genießen dürfen und auch hier blieben keine Wünsche offen. Ein wunderschön angelegter Spa und auch hier waren alle so lieb und zuvorkommend. Beautiful property! The resort was easy to communicate with regarding the seaplane and the whole transfer was easy and smooth. As soon as we landed we were in awe of the resort! We were greeted with drums, handmade necklaces and refreshing juice. The food was delicious, we had the all inclusive package. We were pleasantly surprised, during breakfast there is an egg and waffle/crepe/pancake station. During lunch one day there was a delicious pasta station. There is a variety of food options as well as local cuisine. Overall the chefs are amazing! The beach, pool, staff, grounds and rooms are beautiful! We stayed in an overwater bungalow and the only thing I will say is that the waves at night were a little loud for me, if this is a concern for you maybe opt of a beach bungalow. However, my husband loved the sounds of the waves at night. The ocean water changes shades of blue throughout the day, it was wonderful to witness. Amazing experience, this is a vacation we will never forget!!!

14 dager fr a 8.4.23 til 23.4.23 . Nydelig vær med sol hver dag og enkelte forfriskende regnbyger noen netter og et par ettermiddager. Meget vennlig og serviceinnstilt betjening i alle posisjoner som snakket godt engelsk og bidro med variert og velsmakende buffetmat, ypperlig renhold både inne og ute og vennlig service fra morgen til kveld i bassengbaren. To daglige inkluderte timeslange båtturer til flotte nærliggende korallrev ga uforglemmelige snorkleopplevelser med nærkontakt med hav skilpadder, haier, rokker og myriader av fargerike fisk i spennende levende korallskoger. De fleste dager optimal krystallklar vannkvalitet med temp 28 grader. Også her begynnende bleking av koraller og lite levende koraller i den grunne lagunen der bungalowene sto på søyler med glassgulv og uskjenerte terrasser over sjøen. En paradisisk tropeøy ideell for avkobling, snorkling og nytelse av god mat og drikke i utrolig vakre og idylliske omgivelser. Mindre ideelt hvis man ønsker varierte aktiviteter, lokalkulturelle opplevelser og høyt tempo. Meget høyt prisnivå på utflukter og aktivitet som ikke var Inkludert førte til begrenset bruk av slike.

I love the water bungalow which was were we stayed. The staffs are very friendly and always greet. The view from the bungalows was great. They cleaned the room twice a day. This property is amazing! The overwater villas are huge, exceptionally clean (I am very fussy and hard to please when it comes to this) and the staff are just wonderful. We got to see sharks, sting rays and puffer fish swim right underneath in/around our villa. Improvements wise, I think they’re missing a trick by not putting on yoga classes etc. and the gym definitely needs some fans on top of the aircon as it was stifling at times. They also don’t cater well for people with allergies, i.e. don’t have alternative milks or yoghurts and I have a dairy allergy which they were aware of prior to arrival. Other than that we loved it!

Heaven in the middle of the ocean
Honestly, it was close to perfection.From the welcoming till our departure, all the staff were here for us. Special thanks to the airport desk agent and Cinnamon management who arranged one stay for us in the closest resort because we missed the last seaplane. All the Hakuraa Huraa staff were kind. Our sea bungalow was always clean. Buffets were good. Nothing to say except thank you for this experience and we will come again outside of the raining period.

The staff are truly amazing! They make you feel at home every person from the moment you arrive until leave. They go out their way to make it special for you. I was able to book the sunset water bungalow it is a must. The view is priceless. The spa is a must and before you leave you must dine in the crab restaurant. I had the pleasure of having the marqui dinner. The dining room assistant manager was amazing my apologies for forgetting his name but he is the best, Razann, Shamaa, the young lady who greets you in the dining area daily so nice, along with others treated me like family. I never got a no and they did special touches to make things special. Even the doctor and medical staff with its time to take your pcr test are super friendly. Heidi and the reception staff are amazing. I came a long way practically a day travel to visit and it was worth it. Please make sure you visit!

Preis/ Leistung war OK! Die Unterkunft ist jedoch kein Luxus- wenn man ins Detail schaut… Das Essen war sehr lecker… das Personal von freundlich bis unfreundlich - es war alles dabei. Es gibt kein Riff zum Schnorcheln direkt von der Insel- mann muss immer (2x am Tag) mit dem Boot raus. Man ist zeitlich gebunden. Die Dächer der Unterkunft waren nicht ideal, es sind Planen. Bei Regen extrem laut und bei Wind hört man immer Geräusche.

As instalações do quarto são excelentes. O hotel é agradável, mas acho que faltou algumas instalações no hotel para dias chuvosos, como sauna, por exemplo e opções de atividades aquáticas incluídas no pacote. Os passeios e os serviços do spa são absurdamente caros, o que inviabilizam a realização deles. Outra coisa que acho que deveria ter são opções de sucos naturais e/ou água de coco! Fora isso, tivemos um imprevisto na chegada, que o transfer demorou mais do que o esperado e acabamos por não receber uma resposta oficial do hotel, que nos deixou esperando sem se posicionar.

Wow I don't even know where to begin. Cinnamon Hakuraa Huraa made our honeymoon the most incredible and unforgettable experience. I would recommend them to EVERYONE! From the moment we landed in Male we were taken care of. The lady at the airport hotel desk took our bags and led us to the seaplane deak and got us all taken care of. From there we waited in a comfortable lounge until our plane was ready. When we landed at the resort they had drummers, a welcome sign, little necklaces/leis, and fresh watermelon juice waiting for us. All of this just for us! They greeted us by name and gave us a tour of the resort as they brought our bags to our room! There were cute little decorations/sayings written out on our bed with leaves and flowers. It was the most incredible welcome after the long travel it took to get there. The lady at the front desk (I wish I remembered her name) was so kind and periodically checked in on us throughout our trip, always referring to us by our names which made us feel so special and at home! The food and drinks were incredible and Salman was the greatest, most attentive server! He was our friend by the time we left and we still keep in touch with him! Ravindu and Eranga were the best bartenders, we would tell them to surprise us and they would make some incredible colorful cocktails. They always remembered my mango allergy and made sure they kept me safe! They were always so willing to help and never let our drinks go empty without offering another. The
