'This property worked out really well for 10-12 of us to celebrate a nephew's graduation at Rollins College. Lots of bathroom space helped! Shower pressure was fantastic--noted by several of us independently. The large 2nd floor patio made a great outdoor living space. 'Very nice condo and smooth renting process from start to finish. The owner was communicative ahead of time and during our stay when needed. The floors of this condo are so pretty too, they’re big tiles that are smoothly connected. Master bedroom king was very comfortable, it seemed like a medium firmness which is unusual for rental condos - I think they’re always too soft and squishy. Great water pressure in the master shower but it is not built for tall people. I am 5’8 and my husband is 6’4...
