The space
Walk in to the house to find tall ceilings, natural wood tones, and large windows which flood the home with natural light! There's a wonderful reading nook before stepping into the spacious living room with plenty of space to spread out in front of the fireplace. The half bath is just off of the living room with the first of three thermostats to control the temp. downstairs.

The dining area comfortably seats 4 guests with 4 additional seats at the kitchen bar. The kitchen boasts brand new, stainless steel appliances (including a drawer microwave, 6-burner gas stove, pot filler kitchen faucet, and dishwasher) and everything guests might need to whip up their favorite meals.

Walking upstairs (16 steps) to the bedrooms, guests will find the first full bathroom with a large single-vanity and combination shower/tub. To the right of the stair landing, is the first of 4 bedrooms. The first bedroom has a Queen-sized bed, natural wood bench, small sitting area, room-darkening curtains (not blackout), and large closet. Adjacent is the second bedroom with another Queen-sized bed. There are room darkening (i.e. not blackout) curtains, a wonderful sitting area and table (i.e. we enjoy having a cup of coffee here!), and two large closets for guest belongings.

At the end of the hallway is the laundry room. There's a front load washer and dryer (laundry detergent provided!) a spacious folding area so you can always make sure to return home with clean clothes!

To the left of the stair landing is the first peek-a-boo view of the ocean from the third bedroom! This bedroom has a comfortable pink velvet twin trundle bed (i.e. twin sized bed with secondary twin bed which can be pulled out). There's a dedicated workspace in this bedroom facing the window out towards the private backyard and ocean.

At the end of the hall is the master suite. This bedroom has a dedicated thermostat/temperature zone to ensure it's exactly as you'd like it to be! There's a private sitting area with a love seat, ottoman, and additional chair. The brand new King-sized bed sits on a low wooden frame with solid wood block side tables. The en-suite bathroom has a large, floating double vanity as well as a spacious walk-in rain shower with a second handheld shower wand. In the en-suite guests will find a luggage rack to place all of their belongings.
Guest access
Guests will have full private access of the house during their stay.
Other things to note
Only one car will fit in the garage. Up to two more cars will fit in the driveway. Guests are only allowed to have up to three cars due to local parking restrictions.
