'The extra fees for parking and resort fee for a pool and gym were excessive and not mentioned in the reservation. The room was nice, view was great, but the TV's were not completely functional. The roku in the living room did not work. The one in the bedroom, only had live tv. The staff was excellent and the shuttle was very convenient. '

'My recent 2-night stay was disappointing. The room had two beds with extremely soft mattresses that were sinking badly on the sides, making them very uncomfortable. Bedding was clean but very basic, and the duvet was wrapped between two flat sheets instead of a proper cover.
The positives: the AC was cold and quiet, toiletries were good, the TV was large, and the southern Intracoastal view was beautiful.

'We enjoyed our stay at the penthouse. The views from the 32nd floor are so wonderful, my kids didn't want to leave. I can't rate the amenities offered like shuttle, pool or fitness center because we didn't use them at all, but you will be charged for it. I gave a 4 star for the check in only because our key didn't work to open the door first time and had to go all the way downstairs to get it fixed. 'I did not enjoy my stay at this location. First, I was welcomed by a pungent smell of weed in my room. Security came and verified that someone had smoked weed in the room. Mind you, this is supposed to be a non-smoking facility. I was later moved to another room two doors down which was a lot better than the first one, but still smelled of weed. Then they gave a family of four only two towels in the room and did not accept to give us more. The place is dingy and is nothing like what you see in...
