'Loved this cute inn, in the heart of Hallstatt. I thought not having a private bathroom was going to be an issue but it was not. There are two showers and WC’s and we’re available when we needed them. Staff was super friendly and offered to help with our luggage. I don’t recommend bringing large suitcases as there are two flights of steep stairs. We ate a quick meal there when we arrived and before we left and were satisfied both time. 'The entire experience was horrible. Difficult to find. No directions. The owner was outside before our check out and made it too uncomfortable for my family to pack and leave. The owner tried to leave an hour earlier than check out. I would never stay here and wouldn’t recommend anyone to stay here. It was not worth the money.'

'We had a lovely stay at Pan Haus during our Halstatt trip. The bed and breakfast is run by a warm and friendly couple and our room faced the beautiful hills.
