'What an apartment! I was so worried about coming here! My husband was admitted to hospital while on holiday and this was the only affordable place I could find, I thought for the price it would be a dump but how shocked was I? It was amazing, so clean and so big. It is located right in the centre and surrounded by shops and cafes. We’ve had the best stay in the worst circumstances and I would 100% recommend! Me and my son felt safe due to the locked gate then locked outside door!'

Whilst near the town centre, it is tucked away in a lane and is very quiet and I slept soundly. Sue provided a few essentials to get you started. The cottage is very well equipped for making your own meals. Great for a long or short stay. A good variety of places to eat out and major supermarkets just minutes away. There's free parking at Church Lane nearby from 6pm until 8...

'A very peaceful place in a beautiful quiet village. The cottage was warm and cosy with a big private garden. It has everything you need for a comfortable stay. The owner has thought of everything. Loved the welcome pack too. Great for dogs too with so many walks straight from the door. If you need a shop the village doesn't have one so you have to drive to Horncastle which is about 6 miles away. The only downside was, I felt the mattress needed updating. Other than that, this cottage is perfect...

'I would highly recommend staying here. It was exactly what we needed in terms of space and peace and quiet. I only have 1 complaint, where we were staying, the lake is not well maintained so we were not able to fish at all from our peg as we were caught in reeds/moss etc on every cast.
