'Terrible! Worst experience in a hotel ever! The outside building and front look nice but it’s a facade. Our room was on the backside, you have to pass a trash area and an ugly fence to get there, feels like you are put behind in a shed somewhere. The stairs up to the room were dirty and worn out. 'We stayed at Ennios the day and night before a cruise. Ennios is a restaurant (a good nice Italian restaurant) and has 5 rooms as well. The service is very friendly and helpful. Rooms are located on the first floor but there is no elevator. We could leave our suitcases that we didnt need at reception. The rooms are comfortable. I know we are having a hot summer but they could have supplied decent fans, and let people know before travelling for three hours how hot the top floor rooms were.
