The apartment is quiet on the first floor of a single-family home, has 2 bedrooms with 3 beds (max. 5 people), a bathroom (with bathtub and shower), a small kitchenette, and a guest bathroom. The house is located among green surroundings between Volkspark, Lise-Meitner-Park, and Altona Cemetery, and it is only 7 minutes by car (5km) to the Elbe ferries at Teufelsbrück (with the HVV-ship to HH-HafenCity and into "Altes Land" in just 20 minutes).
