The apartment is located on the lower first floor / basement level of a newly renovated historic building. There are only a few steps down to reach the ground-level living area, and the shower is also wheelchair-accessible.
You’ll find a washer and dryer right in the apartment’s bathroom.
From the spacious bathroom, you have direct access to the terrace, which faces the inner courtyard rather than the street. Thanks to the balcony above, you’re sheltered and can enjoy your evenings or mornings regardless of the weather.
In the fully equipped open kitchen, you’ll find a dishwasher, a Nespresso coffee maker, and a small selection of exquisite coffee and tea varieties.
The exclusive living area is flooded with light from the three large windows and invites you to relax. You can use the high table with four comfortable high chairs for dining as well as for working. Feel free to use the Bluetooth speaker and the AMOLED smart TV. Of course, you also have access to the property’s own Wi-Fi. There is a sleeper sofa here that provides sleeping space for two additional guests.
The cozy bedroom features a 1.80 m x 2.00 m box-spring bed and a closet with hangers. You can also step directly onto the patio from here.
Fresh towels and bed linens are provided.
You can park (with a little luck) right in front of the front door or on one of the adjacent streets. You don’t need a parking permit here.
I’ve redecorated the apartment with an eye for detail; here and there you’ll discover a little “flair”—look forward to it and make yourself at home.

Included in the price are the fees for fresh bed linens, towels, as well as the municipal tourism tax / bed tax.

Lost and found items can be picked up free of charge at our central office in Hamburg or shipped for a flat-rate handling fee of 20 euros plus insured shipping costs.
