'I booked the stay from Friday-Sunday and we were in a severe weather warning so for my safety I chose to cancel the booking from Saturday-Sunday to avoid travel issues. I was told by Expedia that they would contact the hotel for a refund waiver and was told the hotel denied it. It doesn’t make sense as to why they would deny me a refund when I didn’t stay the extra night. Just seems like they enjoy stealing peoples money and I would never stay here again for that reason. '

'No pool towels(also tiny) the first two days. Pool room cold. No heat in first room we were in. Had to move to another room. No one at desk much of my stay. The second room had a dresser that the drawers kept opening when clothes were placed in them. Tripping hazard. Bathtub had a slow drain. Breakfast was lacking. Waffle mix first day was watered down or made wrong. Hot food was just lukewarm. Breakfast ended too early. '

'All but one staff member were absolutely amazing. Their breakfast is great, way more options than we expected, the employee who takes care of the breakfast is super attentive as well. The fitness center is a little lacking, but better than nothing. The parking being paid is a little annoying but understandable. There are however,a lot of homeless individials walking through the lot (i believe a shelter is right behind the hotel) . The shower doors are all pretty much broken (they slide open...

'The one bed had a sink to it so no matter what you were going to wake up with a sore back, people were partying in yhe courtyard and drinking loudly directly under our room all day and then moved into the lobby area. This was the worst Marriot we e we stayed at. The phone did t work just a busy signal so we had to go and get towels and mot coffee and cups since not enough were in our room. Just not that great or clean.'
