'The property is amazing and only a 10 minute beautiful drive to Avalon in the golf cart. Place is spacious and bright. Sunrises are beautiful. The steps up to the condo are not easy but well worth it. The patio is sort of shared and we didn't see anyone else on it until the morning we were leaving. 'This place is great. The view of the harbor is amazing from both balconies and it is very comfortable inside. Only downside for us was all the stairs. There are stairs to get in the unit and a flight inside. Certainly doable but my arthritic knee was doing a lot of complaining. Nonetheless a beautiful and comfortable clean place with a view. 'We had a great 10-night stay at this wonderful property. Beautiful views from the deck, especially in the morning as the sun rose. The property was a great size for the two of us. 'The classic old-time ambiance cannot be beat on the island. The cottages are separate so can you're not disturbed by sound through the walls. 'Overall the condo is nice however the floor in bathroom is rotted and shower door doesn’t close well. The worst thing though is the golf cart which is so old and beat up. Most of the plastic sides when rolled up don’t stay or don’t have a clip to help stay. Also tailgate is stuck down. Definitely not like the photo at all.'
