'Geweldig hotel. Goed ontbijt en gratis buffet met drankjes van 17.30 uur tot 19.00 uur. Mooie kamers met inloopdouche. Binnenbad aanwezig. Dichtbij mall en veel restaurants.'

'Sparkling clean room, large great shower, convenient location. Our check in guy looked rumpled and was without a nametag. No hand soap in our bathroom so when I called guest services I was told I could come down to the front desk to get it. So, not the best service.'

'While the Sonesta in Chattanooga appears clean, my recent stay was a complete failure in hospitality and basic guest care. ​Upon discovering that the toilet flooded the bathroom floor every time it was flushed, I immediately requested assistance. I was assured maintenance was on the way, but after three hours of waiting and multiple follow-up calls, I was told no one would come until the next day—and that no other rooms were available to move me to. I was forced to use all of my clean towels...

'We had a pleasant stay at this hotel. One of the reasons we chose it was that it allows pets, which was very convenient for us. Check-in took a little longer than expected because the front desk computer was not working properly at first. However, the staff handled the situation professionally and got everything sorted out. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. Overall, we were satisfied with our stay and would consider staying here again in the future.'
