'I want to be clear: this place is the worst, except for the hot tub.
They didn't have room slippers, their internet was down, and the front desk refused to do anything about it. Rooms are advertised as rooms and as non-smoking rooms; in reality, the entire property is a no-smoking zone. No water bottles in the room, no extra water bottles anywhere in the hotel, apparently. Thoroughly unejoyable except for the tub which was great so if you have money do it'

'I liked the hotel and location. Just one thing.
I booked the hotel because it has a bath tub due to a health condition eased by a bath at night. The first room had no plug and no way to keep the water in, as checked by the person on front desk. They kindly moved me to another room but the same issue was there. I couldn't be doing with moving a third time so wasn't too well the next day for work.'

'This is hands down the most disgusting hotel I have ever stayed in. If I could I have switched hotels, I would have. Took over 45 minutes to check in. They overbooked the hotel, the rooms paid for are not available…. Please do yourself a favour and stay very far away from this hotel. Black mold in the rooms and bathrooms. 'Wasn't sure what to expect since the my experiences with Extended Stay have varied greatly, but I was very happy with this location. Only 1 walkable mile from the airport. Room had a comfortable bed, working TV, hot shower, spacious bathroom, and studio kitchen with full size refrigerator. Breakfast was usual Extended Stay version of "continental", with grits (I prefer oatmeal), small muffins, and hot coffee/tea available. Hallways smelled clean. Staff was also very helpful.'

'Prima hotel als uitvalsbasis in en om Buffalo. Dichtbij metro en bus om downtown te komen. Er is ook een gratis shuttle van het hotel.
Hotel is omgeven door het ziekenhuis dus niet heel sfeervol. Onze kamer zat aan de achterkant waardoor wel wat geluid van de ventilatie hoorbaar was. Maar met raam dicht gaf dit geen overlast.
Enige minpunt was het ontbijt. Dit was erg karig. Er was weinig keuze en wat er te kiezen was, was al grotendeels op om 8:30 en werd niet meer bijgevuld.
