'Room was spotless with complete modern kitchen and bath. Nice short walk to the beach! Only issue I had was upstairs neighbors were beyond loud!! Asked for help because got woken up at 4am and 630am with kids running, jumping, and lord knows what else was going on up there. If I was to stay again I would get a 3rd floor to avoid this.'

'The contactless entry was problematic. The code wouldn't work for my room and I had to call three times before someone picked up to help me. It took another several minutes for them to fix it remotely. Then, the bathroom was locked from the inside and there was no one on site to get me in. Once all that was settled, the stay was pleasant. The room was nice and spacious. '

'We had a great time at topsail! The beach was a very short walk away. The sound view was excellent! The beach was beautiful and uncrowded and we rented kayaks for a day and had a wonderful time. The house had great starter essentials and we loved the TVs in the bedrooms! The host was very friendly!'

'Wow. Fantastic property. The pictures don’t do it justice. The high-end nature of the kitchen, bar, master bath, outdoor furniture, really added to the luxury feel of this property. We enjoyed the most beautiful sunrises and sunsets. Played the games made available to us and had plenty of room to cook/ snack in the kitchen. I will definitely be back. Thank you for sharing your beautiful home! '

'Steps to the Sea was a great house for our family vacation. The house is beautifully updated/decorated and comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed to cook. And the beach was great and not crowded!! Michelle was very easy to communicate with and quick to respond to our questions both during booking and our stay. We would definitely stay at Steps to the Sea again!'

'This is a Lovely and well appointed home.Everything was as listed. *The Wifi was great and reliable. *The kitchen is well stocked and enjoyable to cook in. *The bed we slept in was very comfortable.With a good combination of bedding and fresh clean linens.It is very nice to have onsight laundry for longer stays. We booked this rental mainly because of the pool, and it was wonderful! The pool was clean, and the water was a comfy temperature. Pool accessories and towels are provided.Wilmington...

'This VRBO has everything you need for your stay. Super clean, comfortable beds, plenty of kitchen essentials, games, chairs, convenient location. Beach access #12 is right across the quiet street. Less than a mile walk down the street to shops and the bridge. Jim is quick to respond if you need anything. Would highly recommend this place!'
